I have two homes that are becoming rentals and needed them cleaned. Two neat, clean and very professional gals showed up (on time), Jennifer and Lola, and they went to work immediately. They did a great job, pleasant but not chatty, they worked hard and the homes looked perfect when they left. Jennifer was even able to get out a terrible stain that had been in the bathtub 5 years ago when one of the homes was purchased--I was amazed. I highly recommend this company. Jill was incredibly pleasant and helpful when I called to schedule. My experience was perfect. They are reasonably priced as well.

The staff was quick to respond and knowledgeable. Their Office and workplace cleaning services was far better than I expected! This is something you should definitely check out! Wow!

We hired De La Rosa Housecleaning in 2020 and they maintain our Arizona home! They come on Mondays and Thursdays and clean our home inside and out! Clean all patios and garageThey vacuum, mop floors, throughly dust, strip beds and remake with fresh linens, clean windows etc. They are friendly, arrive on time and do a great job!

Tanya was helpful with scheduling a time for workers to come test a section before launching into a full day's work on our driveway. Ultimately, they could not remove the water stains on our brick entry so we paid for the initial visit and their time which was amiable.

We have use Evelyns for years and found them professional, quick, thorough and overall incredibly dedicated. We have lived many places and used many housecleaning services. We have used Evelyn’s now through several houses in Phoenix and we love them. They communicate well, clean well, and compared to many other services imbue their teams with a great service culture. Their cost is utterly reasonable and was raised rarely. Highly recommend.

Hello Brian. I am posting since I sent to you and have not received a follow up.
RE: June 18, 2020 appointment. A couple of things to address. PLEASE DO NOT take this as a NEGATIVE review of Carrie. It is meant as a suggestion for her future assignments.
I had already cleaned most of the items in the house, days before Carrie’s scheduled date. She was very pleasant and accommodating, worked straight through for 4 hours even refusing an offer of a break, and as a result, I had no qualms about paying her. She did kindly offer to accept only 3 hours since she was late, however I declined her offer because she was here 4 hours!! Among many of the things that Carrie did was wiping the baseboards, window sills, cleaned several windows (she forgot I said that was not needed) cleaned a couple of the light fixtures and a glass top table in addition to some other things. However, after paying and checking the house once I spoke to you and after Carrie left, I discovered a few things that disappointed me.
(1) The stand-alone shower in master bath had not been touched. (Which means it was not completed)
(2) The clear plastic shower curtain in guest bath was not cleaned. (Which means it was not completed)
(3) The top vented area of the microwave still had as much buildup of grease as previously. (Which means it was not completed) I did bring this to her attention, and she said she had cleaned it, but it required more than one cleaning.
(4) The kitchen appliances did not look much better than before her arrival
I did NOT follow her around but took her word that she had completed the tasks that I had discussed and written down for her.
My sense is that the assignment was too large, she needs a bit more training or requires another person to accompany her as a helper.

I have used Special Ops twice now for move-out cleaning. I have received my FULL deposit back both times, which is hard to do. Well worth the money! They do everything, top to bottom and do not miss anything. SPOTLESS!!

Now looking for another cleaner and I'm $159 out of pocket. Only requested: two bathrooms, floor, kitchen wipe down, and windows. Floor was still scuffed and had spotty areas, windows were not done, and shower had soap scum and toilet was not clean. Basically everything I asked for was not done. I do not suggest you use this service. To be fair, they offered to come back, but I just finished it myself. I will find another service.

Peak Cleaning has been a tremendous help for our vacation rental business. The entire staff is responsive, professional, and will always work with the client to assure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Patryk as well as the other members of the staff have been phenomenal to work with so far and our guests have had great things to say about the cleanliness and overall presentation of the home.

They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to answer their phone, so business must not be that important to them. After numerous voicemails left no one bothered to reach back out to me to follow up. Their managers are rude and don’t have the attitude to go the extra mile for any client or future client. Spend your money elsewhere.

Came back from a cruise to find the dust storms had gone Picasso on my windows! Found Streak Patrol on a neighborhood chat thread in Gilbert. He Google mapped my house, gave me an estimate for tops and bottoms and when I came home, it was like 1,000 fairies waved their squeegee wands! Not sure if it was normal, but estimate, work and payment was all done before I even got home, just how I wanted it. Sorry Haboob, your earthy graffiti has been removed. Thx Streakers.

We just moved to the area and came across New Image from a referral. After a poor cleaning from a previous company I was thrilled to come across this AMAZING TEAM! They are prompt, professional and extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.

This is NOT a service for for working people. Those - BEWARE and Keep OUT!
