Joe & Sean did the work, leaving the work site as it was before they started. Joe kept me informed about some nuances with the pergola project and recommendations regarding repeating the process in about 6 months. I was very impressed with everyone's professionalism and reliability in showing up on time. I have already started another list of projects and look forward to having House Doctors return to ensure that the upkeep and maintenance projects for my home are done professionally. Last year Johnny remodeled half my condo; removed walls, added walls, fixed the last plumbers job, corrected me on code compliance when I suggest where to put the new outlets, beautiful job texture coating and painting. I had him back recently to remodel the rest of the condo. He picked out the LED lighting, filled in where the ugly fluorescent lights were, suggested the molding and door trim design; another perfect job from Johnny. I would recommend him for any repair or remodel large or small.

True Story. I called the 1st time and asked. I have a question. Do you charge by the hour or job? Then the Handyman yelled at me and said i'm not interested. Do not call again and he hung up. So I called again and got voice mail.

Do not use this guy unless you get a written estimate first.He is very sloppy and will overcharge you.

Jim arrives ready and able to fix all your electrical needs. He recently hung a chandelier where there was no electrical there. And last year he hung another one, also fixed two outlet issues and hung new outdoor garage lights where we had none. He’s been doing this for enough years that he instantly knows how to figure out what needs to be done. And he charges a fair price every time. We will always be returning customers. Thx Jim.
