I have used their services for several homes. They have provided pre-move in deep cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning and post construction cleaning. I'm always so pleased with their work! I have and will continue to recommend their services!

Team 4 (Guille and Celia) did a great job and we so appreciate their efforts. We have used Maid Brigade for several years and find all the teams professional and responsive....but Team 4 is our favorite! The Ramirez House Cleaning team did a great job! I just purchased a home and they made it feel ready to move in. They were on time to the appt and were very efficient with their time. They were also great at communication. I would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs!

We had used this company for over a year. Having the same team for most of the time with newbies in and out. There were many issues with the company, but the biggest issue was their respect for our home and us.

The staff is completely careless when it comes to cleaning our home. More recently and why we decided to end services was a lack of common sense in addition to respect for our home. One of the staff members unplugged a refrigerator in our gym. I didn't realize the refrigerator was unplugged until the next day. When I mentioned this to the company they said that their employees stated they never touched that fridge. Thankfully we have an in home camera which caught one of their employees unplugging the fridge to plug in a vacuum. There are two outlets and one wasn't being used. There was absolutely no reason for them to unplug the fridge.

We have a custom bedroom lamp that they broke and never mentioned to us. During an overview on their way out I noticed the shade wasn't looking right when I looked into the master bedroom. One of the cleaning ladies had applied so much pressure to the top of the lamp, that it broke the metal support connector around the lamp. Not only did they break the lamp, they were leaving and didn't notify us that they had broken the lamp.

Based on previous instances, they probably would have said that they didn't break the lamp. Another occasion the ladies used their vacuum and broke off one of the plugs and left it in our outlet. When I mentioned this to the company office manager, she said it wasn't them.

There are only two people who live in our household, my husband and I. We have a strong attention to detail and an eminent care for our home. There are also communication issues with the staff. The leader and the main point of communication while they are onsite cleaning, doesn't have strong English communication skills. Which lead to other issues as well.

I personally feel that some of the issues were a direct result of their staff being overbooked or having another appointment right after ours, which resulted in rush jobs.

As a business owner, if my customers had experienced any of these issues, I would have personally reached out to them to correct these issues immediately and would have also provided immediate training and/or a revised assessment of my current staff. To this day, we have never heard from the business owner. All in all, it shows they don’t value our business and never made an effort to correct these issues in a professional manner.

Very unprofessional. We have had 5+ Airbnbs out in AZ for 4 yrs. They sent multiple sets cleaners that are inexperienced, don’t complete the job and don’t follow directions. Big communication breakdown as the Spanish to English translation breaks down. Not good at follow through.

Very first cleaning I was charged for 2 hours when in fact cleaners were there for 1 hr and it was verified they left for court but stated they worked for a complete 2 hr on work order.

Multiple cleanings had to be re-done because they were not done properly. 1 of my reservations cancelled due to improper cleaning. We have pics for all cleanings.

The last week we used them 2 of our cleanings were not done on the scheduled days or cleaned the days we set the week prior.

After all this we asked for a refund for the remaining cleanings we prepaid for but didn’t use due to horrible cleaning jobs and we were denied. So our last resort since customer service needs were met was to put our experiences out there for others.

I hired this company to clean my home for a move out service. They originally quoted us $50 per person per hour and advised it would likely be a team of 3 and would take roughly 3 hours to clean. Based on other company prices, the original quote seemed fair and this company was recommended to us. The day of the cleaning 4 people showed up and it took them 5 hours. As I said in the beginning this was a move out cleaning so nothing was in the house. They charged us over $1000 and left numerous areas uncleaned. We reached out the same day and advised the manager of our concerns and she said they would refund us $100. The job they did was not worth $900, so we requested to speak with the owner. We had to go back and clean the house again which took my spouse and me only 1 hour to wipe down all the walls and baseboards, wipe off the counters and shelves, scrub the washable marker out of the rug, dust, and touch up paint they chipped. They also scrubbed the toilet with some solution that took the finish off so it’s destroyed and we will have to replace it. We have tried to reach out to the company and have gotten the run around for 2 weeks

Owen is the best home cleaner ever! He is so thorough, thoughtful and reliable. He’s got such a good energy about him, it’s a pleasure to have him come over on cleaning days. He always goes above and beyond with his work, we’ve always been so happy with our house after he leaves.

I'm very satisfied how they managed our cleaning and overall we had our apartment disinfected by the way. The price was more than reasonable but the service quality was top level. I'm gonna use their service again for sure.

Paid for move out cleaning services and carpet cleaning. The carpet was done pretty good but the move out cleaning wasn't done. Contacted them and after sending 3 different girls out it still wasn't done. My landlord had to pay a different company to get the house cleaned. So I was charged twice and this company refuses to give any type of refund. Don't use the company, there nothing but a headache and waste of time!
