Punctual and great work...

My wife and I purchased our Home, a Midcentury Modern built in 1955 by Ralph Haver in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The Home had original ungrounded wiring with exposed wire splicing. There were also two rooms that were added by a previous owner without permits.

Ultimately, we wanted to fully restore our Home to its original character, while at the same time, installing all of the safety, amenities and conveniences found in homes of new construction today.

We interviewed a handful of contactors for this task, Steve Shinn from Homework Remodels being one of them. Steve immediately stood out from the group. We found him easy to talk to, prompt and extremely knowledgeable with the historic characteristics of our Haver Home.

With Steve’s help, we nearly rebuilt most of the major components of our Home. When it was said and done, we upgraded the entire wiring and electric panel, installed new HVAC main unit and ducting lines, replaced all of the plumbing lines (both supply and drain lines including the sewer), installed LED recessed lighting throughout the Home, constructed a stem wall, a trench drain and added mini split HVAC units which the City required for issuing permits for the two unpermitted rooms, installed a 16” slider to the backyard, utilized steel beams to remove loan bearing walls in order to open up the kitchen and the living rooms, installed a tankless water heater system, applied sprayed insulation in the small attic, and performed various other upgrades.

We are very happy with Steve’s work. We found Steve’s work to be of high quality and found Steve’s expertise and creativity in helping rebuild our Haver Home to be invaluable.

We plan on hiring Steve in the near future to complete Phase 2 of our Home, which will include all of the finishes.

Austin and his team at RafterHouse have done a fantastic job building a strong brand in the Arcadia neighborhood. My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. From the moment you walk in their office to sit down to go over the plans, all the way through to the interior design finishes, everything with RafterHouse has been first class. We even hired RH to furnish the home to keep the style and design consistent inside and out. Keep up the excellent work!

We were so impressed with Sean’s creativity and vision and professionalism. He listened carefully to our preferences and created a beautiful design that used our property to its maximum potential. He was thorough and interactive and kind and truly a joy to work with. His presentation and concept artwork were beautiful! Sean is a deeply skilled artist with the ability to transform any property into a unique work of art. He integrated his knowledge of the landscape and natural surroundings with his remarkable inventiveness and our personalities.

On a practical note, Sean presented his ideas and concept with a careful price breakdown so we knew exactly what each element would cost and fully understood his very reasonable pricing. We felt confident and energized to be working with him.

WeBuildRes is a very professional company from top to bottom. Scott, Tyler and Bryan were creative and yet very easy to work with. Their subcontractors are on time, courteous and clean. We had a devastating flood in our house and WeBuildRes did an amazing job making our house better and much more livable than before. I am in the Construction industry and I would strongly recommend them to anyone for projects large or small.

They arrived on time, they took their time to make certain that the work was performed correctly. They thoroughly tested their work to make certain that there were no leaks. They were a pleasure to deal with.

PCC is definitely a five-star company. I spoke with eight different roofing companies and received multi appraisals and after some extensive research decided to go with PCC for a roof replacement project. Sean came out to the house, he was very communicative about the materials he was going to use, the timelines, and a basic entire outline how he was going to approach and finish our roofing project. Let me say he wasn’t the cheapest, but it also wasn’t the most expensive. All things considered he was more than adequately priced- their pricing was downright fair. They loaded the roof with the materials, and as discussed - two days later they were started on the project. The crew showed up on time, they were relatively quiet, respectful, and very applied to what they were doing. The roof was done inside of two days and looks totally awesome. I was also done a week ahead of schedule. It was actually a quite pleasurable experience. The crew cleaned the property to the point where you couldn’t even tell they were there, a final walk-through was completed after the crew left by Sean’s brother. By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

Very professional, and a vast amount of experience. Anyone who's wanting to get a bathroom or kitchen reminded, I highly recommend!

They took deposit in January... it's the middle of August and 1% of carport conversion is done...and that 1% failed 1st inspection...Ron let his license expire so work was done on my property under a suspended license...there is always an excuse as to why his crew keeps breaking scheduled appts...I have contacted AZ ROC and informed them of the operating practices of this company...I could never reccomend ...I would advise anyone to stay clear of Full Frame Construction and Ron...I saw the reviews from last year and brought it up to Ron, who asked me to give him a chance... he's still doing the same thing that others complained about before... he's changed nothing... no more chances Ron
