Best Deep House Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Friendly but business like. Took a very brief lunch break. And this was a DEEP CLEAN.

I have used this company in the past to do standard cleaning and was happy with the service except for one time. THIS time I am VERY UNHAPPY! I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

This is the 3rd time I have used Tidy Casa and hesitate to recommend them only because I NEVER want to lose the team I have! Not only are they thogh but the customer service is absolutely spectacular. The women who cleaned my home have a work ethic superior to anyone I have worked with in my own profession. My son had a tiny dragon figurine that had fallen over and the fire piece had come out of its mouth. They picked it up, dusted It off, and actually replaced the fire back in the dragon mouth. That is a level of service rarely seen today!!!

After several cleanings I regret that I have to retract my five star rating. First couple of times my cleaners were awesome but the service has progressively gone down. I was going to cancel the entire service but decided to just try a different team. While the woman who arrived today was absolutely delightful the cleaning job was not great. I don't think any cleaning product was actually used oh, it seemed as though things were just wiped down she did a great job of dusting but there is still crumbs all over my countertops and spots on my floorc

I had a wonderful experience with the service, from coordinating to completing the work. The team was great, professional and left my house smelling so fresh and so clean! Very satisfied and will definitely use them again. The best part, the company was very flexible in accommodating my hectic schedule! Thanks Leslie’s!

Horrible organization and lack of business administration, my house got rescheduled 2 times due to inefficient employees and when they finally got it done it was a mess, also there is no motivation from employees because of the mistreating from owner Juan Carlos, employees state he is greedy and carelessness of employee wellness, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY CONSIDER ANY OTHER ONE IN THE VALLEY...

Lilia, Indira and Aylen did an incredible job performing a deep clean of my new home. I had just moved in and had several people in and out over the course of two weeks. This crew was extremely efficient and cleaned my entire house ceiling to floor in 2.5 hours. Highly recommend this service!

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.
