As a property manager, I had the unfortunate experience of having a residential house cleaner I had scheduled cancel due to an injury on the day of a move-in. After calling several companies listed online and either getting voicemails or looped into the automated attendant black hole, Bruni Aguilar was one of the few that actually answered the phone. It was so very fortunate that not only was I was able to converse with a live person to explain my situation, but it was a huge bonus she was able to offer me a late afternoon cleaning the same day! When I arrived at the property at the scheduled time to meet her and the crew at the property to introduce myself and give her my business card, the crew must have arrived early and was already there performing the professional services. The tenants at the property provided feedback that the cleaning was well above what they had expected, and it was done very professionally! They were happy with the final product, a very clean interior, and I was extremely grateful that it was able to be done on the same day since it was close to the holidays where demand for cleaning services is high. I love All Things New Cleaning! The owner, Jill, is a sweetheart and she always picks up the phone any time I call. I also love Sandra who is my lead cleaning lady. She always comes to my house with one to two other women that she oversees. They go above and beyond by changing my sheets and even doing laundry while they are cleaning. I have a small one bedroom condo so they come once a month and I always come home to a clean home, and a happy dog! The ladies love my little dog and they told me I can leave her at home while they clean and they even let her out to the bathroom for me. I just started using this service and I am very pleased. They stay for a few hours, but only charge you the one fee up front, which I love. Both girls that have come have been very pleasant and hard working. They also have an easy to use app to book the service and can often do same day or next day cleaning, which is so nice for busy people! I am getting my third cleaning in two weeks. Very satisfied.

Did a good job at cleaning. However did not like one their cleaners.. There were two and the one older think her name was elaina or ilene comes in reeking like cigarettes so I said something. Later when she did not know I was in the room next door heard her talking about me to the other cleaner right in my own home. Apparently she didn’t like tht I stayed home during the clean n wish tht I had left

I like that they have a cleaning system that breaks the house into areas and then they deep clean each area in rotation along with the regular week to week clean.
