Don't be fooled! They advertise 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' Really?? I have marble floors one of their cleaners ran an electric vacuum over it leaving many scratches. I emailed pictures and my daughter even saw the woman do it. When I called the Owner Jill she put me on hold called the cleaner who last cleaned my home and then proceeded to say No she says she didn't do that and we aren't liars Why would I make this up we only wear slippers in my home. How unprofessional and as a business owner advertising Satisfaction Guarantee honor that, and wouldn't you at least drive to my home to see the damage. But no she proceeded to say I was a liar. Wow! Good luck cuz if you use them you'll need it!

Highly recommended. They've been cleaning my home for several years, and their service has always been extremely professional, friendly, responsive, and reliable -- they always arrive within their promised 2-hour window, and get in and out quickly while doing a great job.

I’ve used this service twice and am very satisfied with the results. The ladies that have come over are friendly, efficient, and professional. Also super fast. It would take me all day to do what they do in a couple hours. I love it and am very grateful to them. My apartment is 2 stories but that doesn’t cost more or slow them down. It’s such a great privilege to have this kind of help at a very affordable price.

We are extremely happy with Maid Right. The Ladies that clean our home are proficient, through, and fast. They aim to please you, and cater to what you expect done. We are happy to have found them. They do the job right, and don't skim over and cut corners like some cleaning companies do. They are friendly, and a pleasure to have in your home.

I scheduled them for an apartment move out this week, 3/18/21. The crew did an excellent job. Absolutely everything was cleaned perfectly from the kitchen to the patio storage. The carpet was also cleaned. They all arrived on time, were fast, professional, efficient and friendly. I called desperately needing a move out cleaning after a different company canceled on me last minute. They were able to squeeze me in not only the same day, but within 4 hours! The 2 cleaners came and did an amazing job in such a short time. The hard work they did made my apartment look brand new like no one had lived there for 2 years! Price was affordable and easily paid for with my debit card. I will definitely use them again!

Our contracted custodian through Stratus is amazing and we have yet to have a negative experience with him. He is always available, whether it be a scheduled appointment or a last minute change in plans. He truly relieves so much stress in the setting up and breaking down of our events each week.

Horrible cleaning and even worse customer service! If you want to allow them to put someone in your facility and not follow up on how the cleaning is going - these are your people! If you want to be stuck in a contract with no recourse, this is your company!
