We had our water heater flood in the middle of the night and quickly tried to clean up the mess. The next morning a plumber came out to take the broken heater. The plumber recommended a gentlemen to us and about 3 minutes later he was on our door step. I felt very uncomfortable about the process with the plumber and immediately set out looking for a different company. I read some of A.S.A.P. reviews and gave them a call. I can't even describe how at ease Josh and his crew made me feel! He did such a wonderful job communicating with us and going above and beyond by checking on things throughout the process. He was even very helpful with the insurance interactions. The room that was damaged turned out beautiful! They made sure the work was done right and done well. The carpet they replaced in the damaged room makes me want to redo the whole house :). Everytime someone has mentioned water damage in there home I have recommended Josh. Thank so much A.S.A.P!!!!! Both cases, Arizona Construction & Restoration were called out to respond to our water damage. The overflow valve in my upstairs bathroom was leaking water through onto the main floor. Andy and Luke from bright home construction were at my house in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. They checked all around for water damage and were able to pinpoint that the water was coming from my overflow valve and left a fan for me to be able to dry out the drywall in my ceiling to avoid potential mold growth. Since there was no actual leak or significant damage I didn’t need any restoration/drywall repair so Andy left the fan for a few days and didn’t even charge me for his time or for his equipment. They’re the type of company that you can trust and call on a weekend night and they’re there to do honest fair work. I highly recommend and will be using them for any construction/handy man needs in the future. I found out their company can also do energy efficiency testing and solar, pretty sweet company that runs a big enough operation to be able to “do it all”, but feels like a ma and pop in terms of customer service and integrity.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

ATH Restoration is by far the best construction company in AZ. We initially contacted them to remove the asbestos popcorn ceiling. Nathan, Stacie, Jason and their crews are very professional. Jason really took care of us and got the job done on time. We had them paint the entire condo, add a water line to the refrigerator, and install LVT in the bedrooms and other minor jobs. The finished product is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will be in touch in the near future as we will need additional work. I highly recommend them.
