Maria did a fantastic job of getting a replacement crew to clean my home when an emergency caused the scheduled crew to not be able to come. She was polite, courteous and took care of the problem in a very professional and satisfying way. The two women who came to clean my house were thorough and very efficient. I would recommend this place but I would make sure you are very clear about what needs to be cleaned and when you find a cleaning team you like, request them moving forward. Some teams go the extra mile and some do a good job, but don’t cover things unless you specifically ask. We’ve had a long relationship with them and while in the past we had our differences I can highly recommend them moving forward because the didn’t give us and worked with us to make things right and for that alone they deserve to be recognized.

I have used Special Ops twice now for move-out cleaning. I have received my FULL deposit back both times, which is hard to do. Well worth the money! They do everything, top to bottom and do not miss anything. SPOTLESS!!

We have attempted to reach this company all week to cancel service and no one will return our emails or phone calls. The quality of service was adequate for what they quoted us for a weekly cleaning. However, over time, they level of service degraded to an unacceptable level. After 6 attempts with their company, the Regional Director finally communicated with us that he will cancel service and have our key returned.
