The tile grout was missing. Jamie calked the tile, checked things over, and is giving us an estimate on a couple ways of making additional improvements that I asked for. I totally trust Jamie. Great spirit. Helpful attitude. Communicates well!

Having purchased a new home, I used Wyman plumbing services four different times recently. Excellent, friendly, caring, quality service. The office, Nikki and Felicia, were extremely helpful in understanding my needs and addressing them. Technicians Eric and Charles could not have done a better job…knowledgeable,professional, helpful, friendly, thorough. No need to go elsewhere! Thanks for work well done!

Remington did an exceptional job on the repairs. His expertise was outstanding and professional. He made the process very easy and educational.

I'm glad I went with Peerless. They provided great service, got me scheduled as soon as I could fit in their schedule, and came out before my scheduled repair as they were concerned with my lines collapsing. They were very attentive, professional and did all repairs as promised and with minimal disruption to my life. I highly recommend them!

Textbook bait-and-switch



Long story but here it goes:



I hired Quail Plumbing to install a gas line for a new cooking top. The plumber came to take a look and quote the job. It was already suspicious that the plumber was in a van marked Scottsdale Plumbing. He looked at the location where the line needed to be installed and give me a quote (8 hours of work).



I scheduled for the work to be done one week later. This is where the problems started.



The plumber came and immediately started complaining that he didn't have his van and his equipment, that he would have to go to the store to buy a level, etc.

Next he started complaining that the drywall wasn't removed. During his visit a week earlier he didn't mention anything about this.

Next he started complaining about the connections to the water heater (which hadn't changed from the week before, when he quoted the job)

So all in all, before he even started he spent about 20 minutes complaining about the job.



I ended up having to lend him my level so he could get started.



Next he took out the water heater and started ripping out the drywall. He came and got me and started complaining again how this was going to be a lot of work. He got all upset of how the copper and gas lines were sitting in the wall, how he would have to drill through studs (like he didn't know this already before). Apparently the gas line went to the attic and he couldn't see where it went. To make a long story short he asked me how he had to do his job. He also told me I would have to remove all the drywall from floor to ceiling on one wall in the kitchen.



Next he told me to think about it and he would reschedule if I agreed with the extra work: textbook bait and switch.



This is where I got upset and told him I got other tradesman scheduled and I could not wait a week to get this done. Again he started complaining at which point I told him that I just wanted the work done the same day as he told me he could do a week earlier. I also told him that I didn't care if it took him longer as long as the work was done the same day. I thought this was it and he would get the stuff done the same day. This is were it got interesting...



At this point he left and called the office. A minute later I got a call from someone whose name I can only assume is Karen. She asked me if I had been verbally abusive. To which I said replied No, then she asked me if was swearing. To which I answered No. (This plumber would probably be the first man in history with tattoos over his neck and hands who is offended by swearing). Then she asked me if I wanted to reschedule for next week. At which point I told her I wanted the work done this day as I thought that was what was agreed 5 minutes earlier with the plumber. There was no reason at all for her to get involved.



After some back an forth she had the gall to tell me to shut up while she was speaking and didn't want to listen to anything that I said. Every time I tried to say something she would interrupt me and didn't want to hear anything about the unprofessional behavior of the plumber. Apparently the customer is always wrong with Quail Plumbing. When she was done with her diatribe I told her that I would like to call my mommy too to help me out and defend my case, just like the plumber called his mommy (aka the office Karen). Needless to say Karen didn't like this and was offended.



She decided there and then that they were not going to do the job and that I needed to look for another plumber to get the gas line done.



Good riddance Quail (or is it Scottsdale Plumbing?).

Woke up to a load popping noise this morning. We instantly thought it was a pipe busting and began researching what to do next. At about 9am I saw a bunch of water coming down the roof area flooding into the backyard. I called Tutko plumbing at around 9am and spoke with Al the owner, buy 10am AJ and Alex were here working on the roof. I am so pleased with their great service and happy to know that from now on Tutko Plumbing will be my first call for any of my plumbing needs. They came highly recommended by some moms in the moon valley area and we will highly recommend them as well.

Pavel came out right away and fixed my shower leaks. He was professional, thorough and very friendly. He did a great job. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I will be using his services again.

Austin has been at my house all day trying to fix my a.c. He finally got it going after dealing with some difficult pieces and 2 bad blowers. He would not give up until he got it going. He's so polite and he even swept and mopped after he was done. If I ever need help with my plumbing or my a.c. I pray that he's the tech that they send. Thank you Austin and alliance plumbing for being so quick and efficient in this ridiculous heat.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience . Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot . So I called All Pro Plumbing services after getting a sug gestion from an employee . He asked me to try their services . Surprisingly , their plumber fixed it without changing all the parts . He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe . I'm impressed by their services .

Its a good place to be

Mike arrived on time and immediately confirmed we had a bad water regulator. He replaced the bad one with another (better) brand which we hope will last a lot longer than the Apollo that came with the house. We have better water pressure now than we have ever had since being in our home 6.5 yrs. I also asked his opinion on why no water coming out of one of our guest bathroom spigots; he took a quick look and indicated why no water was coming through, afterwards my husband and I were able to fix the problem thanks to Mike’s expertise. Thanks so much, we now are enjoying life again!

Adam and Nate came to my house this Saturday and cleared a blocked main line that 3 other (Non-Niemeyer Bros.) plumbers had failed to fix. They were fast to arrive, very friendly, competent, honest, and fairly priced. They turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. I will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Good business is hard to come by these days unfortunately. Pete and Roy were very straightforward and trustworthy. He took his time to explain everything including when we encountered additional problems. He showed up on short notice and fixed my leak and gave advice to address with insurance and also some preventative maintenance. I will definitely work with him again in the future. Problems are never fun especially from inconvenience and costs, however, its businesses like this that soften the blow. Highly recommended.

Important thing I really appreciate about Blue Drop plumbing & Rooter is their attention to detail. The technician who came out to my home to fix my plumbing issue was incredibly thorough. He not only fixed the problem, but he also checked everything else to make sure there weren't any other issues lurking below the surface. I really appreciated the peace of mind that came with his thoroughness.

Horrible, HORRIBLE people! Do not use!!
