What a terrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning with Bruni and her team. Conversations were difficult from the start, I should've seen that as a red flag. She was spotty on getting back to me, but I saw all the 5 star reviews, so I held out. Then today, the day of the cleaning, her team was supposed to arrive at 10. At 10:30, when I hadn't heard anything, I messaged her. They were running behind, and she said they would be there between 11:30-12. 12:00 rolls around, and no one was there. I messaged her again. Now, it would be 1 before they got there. There was absolutely no communication unless I reached out. Then, I wasn't having the whole house cleaned, just a few areas. It took 3 cleaners, 4 hours to clean 3 rooms and a half bath. After the first hour, I walked out to see how it was going, and it literally looked like nothing had been done at all during that hour. Then they FINALLY finished, and when Bruni called me for payment, she tried to charge me twice the max she had originally quoted me! After they took my payment, the girls let me know that they had broken a glass figurine. I will never use this company, Bruni, or her team again!

Her response is just another example of how communication was never there. I told her from the very start that I was not available at 8 am. I never changed anything. She was the one who suggested 10 am, and then never communicated they would be running behind.

Having Queen of Maids every other week keeps my home always presentable. They show up on time, work methodically, and complete the tasks promptly. When we need to reschedule that is handled professionally. Automatic payment is easy. Very pleased to recommend this cleaning service.

On September 28, 2020, two sweet smiles rang my doorbell. Sylvia and Gloria with Maid Brigade had show up for our appointment. They were to help me clean areas that I am unable to clean. They immediately took to task and cleaned and shined my bathrooms, including the most difficult task of removing hard water spots from glass shower doors. They cleaned high ledges and the blades of ceiling fans, they shined light bulbs and cleaned the hanging lights and chandeliers in my home. They were pleasant, sweet, professional, happy and thorough. Before moving to the next room, they would ask me to approve the room they had just cleaned. Very good job...I was so pleased and very impressed.

I worked for Health Points Cleaning Service for almost a year and had a very good experience. I recommend them as a company to work for in the nightly cleaning and floor cleaning jobs. They have different shifts available at different areas in Phoenix, Arizona. I worked in floor cleaning where most of the shifts available to us were in overnight hours.

I'm astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasn't even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didn't leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.

I would recommend this place but I would make sure you are very clear about what needs to be cleaned and when you find a cleaning team you like, request them moving forward. Some teams go the extra mile and some do a good job, but don’t cover things unless you specifically ask. We’ve had a long relationship with them and while in the past we had our differences I can highly recommend them moving forward because the didn’t give us and worked with us to make things right and for that alone they deserve to be recognized.

I had them come out to clean my tile and one small little spot on my carpet where a friends dog peed. The carpets looked great for a week and then the area where the spot was is not gray (my carpet is white). They also deep cleaned my tile but what ever they put on the tile took the finish off of my composite floor. I called them back out and he said he didn't do it. I will never ever use them again and I recommend that you don't select them. I would have been better off not doing anything because everything looks worse now.

They did an entire pre sale deep clean for me at a house I was selling in the area. Everything turned out great. I scheduled with them about 3 weeks in advance, and they were right on time and charged me just what they said they would. Good job!

We own an assisted living facility and wanted to sanitize and create a germ free environment to keep our residents safe from Covid. Health Point came in and did a great job at disinfecting and sanitizing our entire building. They showed up right when they said they would and were so efficient and professional. We will continue to use their services knowing what a good job they did and we feel good knowing what they’re doing is keeping our residents and caregivers safe and healthy.

Crew of two power washed my cement areas and cool deck in back of our house. Showed up on time. Courteous and professional. Cleaned a couple extra areas which I asked about last minute. They were great. I’ll definitely hire them again.
