I can't recommend Arizona Cleaning highly enough. They are reliable, thorough, and do an excellent job. We have many pets, so our home can be challenging, but they always do an amazing job and leave our house spotless! We've been happy customers for six years.

Needed to have numerous inside window panes cleaned as well as blinds.

This is our third posting. As a regular client for many years I have to give many kudos this week to Anahi who, due to illness of another employee, cleaned our house by herself. It was a large undertaking for one person, but Anahi worked tirelessly doing the job of two people. When she was finished the place was, as always, spotless. I've wanted to start a cleaning service for some time but didn't really know where to start. My son uses MaidPro so I gave them a call. The person who answered was friendly and professional. I set up a service to clean once a month. I don't know why I waited so long! It was wonderful to have the house so clean and best part, I didn't lift a finger. Tracy did a wonderful job, first a deep cleaning and then back for regular service. She really got the place looking great. I felt happy to know Tracy would be the same person who came regularly. I was so thrilled that I changed from monthly to bi monthly. Loving it!!

Do not recommend! Overcharged me, did not clean everything I asked. I feel they took advantage of my situation to charge me more since i could not stay to watch them as they cleaned. Horrible communication skills.

The crew I get has been wonderful. They are very thorough in cleaning and are good about verifying what they are supposed to do. They are so sweet about doing little things that help me out when they have time such as making beds when we had an unexpected guest coming. So pleasant to have them here.

We sold our home and hired Special Ops to come out last minute and clean for the new buyer. They were there as planned, even a little early which is great, they sent extra help too! The ladies that cleaned were thorough and friendly, they did a great job! The house looked sparkling and smelled amazing when we left. Their customer service is exceptional too! I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Bobby with Prestige Floor and Carpet Care has been cleaning my carpets both in my personal home and rental properties for many years. Bobby has always been professional and does an excellent job working to get every last stain out of the carpet. I have had some rental properties that I thought for sure I would need to replace the carpet, but Bobby was able to work miracles.

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.
