The cleaner was prompt, very thorough, and provided great service. While there was a language barrier between the cleaner and me, she and the company went over and beyond to translate everything for my understanding. The price was very competitive and affordable. I'd highly recommend their services and I'd use them again.

On June 12th David came to our home to wash the windows and screens. It looks like we don't even have windows!!!! They are so clean and streak free; I would hire him again in a heartbeat. Greg, with Valleys best carpet and tile did an outstanding job! He was very thorough and even helped me move furniture to get areas that otherwise never would have been cleaned! To top it all off, they beat all the bids I received from other competitors. I would recommend these guys across the board!

Spot less. Super clean

Peak cleans my airbnb property. They always do an excellent job. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because one time they did have to reschedule my clean two days later and they did not tell me until they missed the arrival time. Not critical if this was my home, but my airbnb guests have an expectation that I try to meet. One other time, they had an issue with scheduling and the owner Patrick showed up to clean himself.

My carpet looks brand new! I would absolutely use Arizona Steamers again. They were very professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job.
