Best Standard Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Although Tidy Casa has probably the best customer service out of any cleaning service I’ve used before, that’s about it where it ends as the actual cleaning service just isn’t there. We used Tidy Casa twice and live in a two story two bedroom condo. The first time, our master bedroom and living room (this equates to the entire downstairs) wasn’t vacuumed - there were literally dust bunnies on the floor. The bathroom sinks still had gunk on the handles. I thought it was a fluke. The rest looked moderately clean (okay) honestly looked like someone tidied up and maybe did a light clean to prepare for having guests over. Although not nearly as good as the cleaning service we’d been using in the past which cost the exact same price, but I really liked being able to book online with Tiday and how responsive they were so I gave them a second chance thinking it was just a snafu. I worked with the customer service rep and blatantly told them that if it wasn’t better next time, I wasn’t going to rebook again. You would think that if you wanted to keep customers, you’d tack on a special note to the cleaner like “hey really go above and beyond this time” or even “hey just do a GOOD job”. But the second time I got home and it literally looked as if someone cleaned my house so quickly that they didn’t even have time to move anything back. The 8’ 11” rug in our living room was completely bunched up. The pot on a shelf was like awkwardly on the far edge edge, when it had been in the center (it’s the only thing on the shelf...) and several other things were just kind of thrown together. Again it just looked “okay” almost as if it would get dirty again within 2 days. Not worth $135 when it felt like the cleaners really only “tidied” my home in a rushed 45 minutes, instead of taking the time to truly clean a home with attention to detail. Until they change their business model and hire better cleaners who have more time to give a home the attention it deserves, I don’t foresee them keeping clients. A friend of mine had a similar experience in an even smaller space. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how great your customer service is, if you can’t deliver on the services you’re selling you’re not going to keep clients.

We have had different maid services come in over the last year, but haven’t always ended satisfied so we tried queen of maids for the first time for our moving out clean and they were absolutely wonderful. Very polite, respectful, and very hard working. They got all the places no one else had. Our friends and landlord couldn’t believe how great the house looked when we handed it over. Honestly could not have done it without them. Thank you so much for doing such a stellar job. We will be using them from now on.

This company is the most amazing cleaning company I have ever seen. The employees are kind, professional and WORK! They clean until your house is CLEAN. The products they use smell wonderful and are non-chemical, a plus when you have small children or animals. Highly recommend!

Our cleaning team has always been reliable, showing up within the scheduled two-hour arrival time frame. They are professional and continue to do a beautiful, thorough job cleaning our home and have been respectful to us, our home and belongings. When they are done, our home smells fresh and clean. Horrible organization and lack of business administration, my house got rescheduled 2 times due to inefficient employees and when they finally got it done it was a mess, also there is no motivation from employees because of the mistreating from owner Juan Carlos, employees state he is greedy and carelessness of employee wellness, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY CONSIDER ANY OTHER ONE IN THE VALLEY...

merry maids has quite a few good reviews online. so based off that I decided to use there services. Filled out the information they requested online and after a day or so I received a phone call to schedule a walkthrough through my home. which then she gave me accurate quote for first time deep clean and repeated weekly services. 1st one time fee for deep clean was $1,100 And after that once a week $299 per week. They said if you do a agreement that you will keep us on for 6 months. We will discount $400.00 off the 1st deep clean service at that I said sure we were planning to keep them on board for the long run then she said but if you decide to cancel before the 6 months we will charge your card the $400 for not keeping your agreement. after they did 5 repeated cleanings to my home. I received a call notify me that they needed to increase the weekly payment by $144.00 more which would bring my total to $443.00 a week. they mentioned that their employees were taking way too long to clean my home and due to that that they needed to charge me more money and that if I wasn't OK with the new price then I can go ahead and cancel my service and that they would just charge me the additional $400! to my credit card, for not keeping my agreement. I said but I'm not canceling my agreement you’re forcing me to cancel and the Lady said it works both ways if we cancel or you cancel! don't hire these Marry Clowns to clean your home. they don't honor their own agreement and if they can get more money out of you they will.

The first time they came to clean they did ok. I decided to give them another chance. The second chance was a disaster. When I pointed to dust they didn’t even touch and sofas they didn’t vacuum, they said this is too much we map floor and leave. I was shocked. If you want to donate money, you can find a better place

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

They are accommodating because they ask what jobs you'd like done to the home, what supplies are okay with you to use, and they wore shoe coverings to ensure they didn't track anything into your home. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to do a deep clean of your home. I'll be calling them again when its time for another cleaning. Thank you!!

This was a move out clean on a decent sized home and they didn’t miss a thing. They were thorough and efficient and friendly and the place looked immaculate when they were finished.

I'm astounded. They actually cleaned the house! On top of things, underneath, ceiling fans, pulled sofa cushions off and cleaned the cracks and crevices (they can keep the change they found). Fast, friendly and completely thorough, and it wasn't even a deep clean. Highly recommend. Oh, and they didn't leave rags or Pledge cans behind and took all recycling and trash out. Killer service.
