Very professional Frank, Greg and the team are outstanding they pay attention to every detail very professional I can't can't say it enough. I would highly recommend next Gen. Restoration to any of my friends or family and yours too.

These guys are scammers... if they suggest asbestos/mold testing only allow testing through FiberQuant Arizona, who charges $85 for 5-layer testing and doesn't round up. I've seen their testing costs at $2300 - compared to the same test at $85 elsewhere. Another thing, they started work on one of our properties without permission to enter the property - they'd already started setting up their equipment and their quote was $4400 for the work... we called someone else in and got the work done for $250. They prey on people not knowing what really needs to be done, and it's downright criminal. They also are rude... they were parked in a fire lane where traffic from our entire condo building must pass through in order to get to work or get out of the building, and refused to move to accommodate people who need to get to work. Would never, ever, ever, ever recommend this company.... ever.

What a great crew, So prompt and professional . We had a water pipe burst in the middle of the night ,husband woke up to walking in water . Called Servpro at about 4:30 am and YES someone answered the phone. She said she would let me know in about a half an hour when her crew would be here. Jason and his crew were here promptly with 25 fans a 3 dehydrators. We highly recommend Servpro and their employees. Again Jason Shaw was The Best! Ted & Sharon Oehlerking

We had a leak in our condo. Yes they arrived quickly but here is why the rating is poor.
The carpet was wet they arrived went around and put tape on the wall that showed moisture but yet they did not take the base boards off they left them on did not roll wet carpet back just put dryer down and that's it. Next day same . The leak happened on Sunday and it took them until Tuesday to pull underlay away and Wednesday finally removed baseboards. This was dragged on until Thursday. My neighbor had a different company Silverton they were excellent. Arrived very quickly and also pulled up and back everything. This bill was 3200 from Servpro $$$$. Very expensive and not great. Every day a different group of people. My neighbor had the same team they knew what had been happening with her property and her leak far worse and she was dried out around the same time. I do not reccomend this company.
