I had the Move-Out Cleaning completed by Maid Easy. Simply put, not the greatest service for the heavy price. Only half the fridge was dusted on top. Tops of some plugins had heavy dust. Inside oven barely or not at all touched. I had to touch up some spots on baseboards where maybe a dry cloth was just run over. All corners of baseboards needed a touch up. It wasn't a terrible service because it did save me alot of time, however, after I had time to actually look, I still needed to do a good bit of work before returning the rental house. For the price, I expected alot more. Staff was friendly but seemed very rushed. Don't let them have you sign the inspection sheet until AFTER you check everything. And check things thoroughly on your terms during inspection because that was also very rushed. Leave early Friday for employees I guess. Lesson learned. Neighbor asked me to get their business card as she is moving in a couple of months, I did not, because I cannot recommend to a friend.

Place looks great. Everything back in the right place. So good to come home to a nice clean home.

Their cleaning service was terrible. They left puddles of water on the granite counter top. The sliding doors have shutters which they never opened so the tile floor was not vacuum nor wash. Would never recommend them nor use them again.

I hired Queen of Maids after my previous house cleaners were no longer able to service my area. (Lesley House Cleaning was my previous cleaning go-to, and they are AWESOME. Highly recommended.) Queen of Maids was significantly more expensive, but I thought, well, maybe they will do a super awesome job. Sadly, they actually did a poor job. Twice.

I paid for the Deep Clean service on their website... and they failed to vacuum the living room or living room couch, didn't clean up the end tables in my living room (they had crumbs and finger prints on them, clearly visible from across the room), and they didn't wash my bathroom floor. They also didn't do a good job of cleaning my dining room floor. Forget about doing a deep clean, they didn't accomplish a basic cleaning. I'm sure they missed other areas as well, but these are the things that stood out. I was used to getting wonderful service from Lesley's House Cleaning, so I was really surprised. I am generally easy to please, and I had never felt so disappointed in a service like this before.

I reached out to the company, with photos, and they said they could offer me a partial refund or send someone to re-clean. I said I wanted the re-clean, because after all, that was my entire goal in the first place... just to have a freshly cleaned house. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind, and the texts and phone calls with customer service were polite and professional. They put together a list of specific areas I wanted re-cleaned. I thought, maybe they will make this right.

My adult son was home when the person came for the re-clean, and I was going to go home quickly to be there for them so I could confirm they cleaned things well this time, but they were gone in exactly 20 minutes, before I could get home. This isn't an issue in itself, but I thought... how could they have rectified all the issues so fast? It was too fast. When I did get home, I discovered they in fact did not fully address the list. They wiped my end table of crumbs, but there were still visible fingerprints on the glass. They vacuumed areas they missed before, but my master bathroom floor was still not mopped properly... and it was super obvious as a small piece of tissue paper had been on the floor, and it was still there after they left. The dining room area was not mopped to the expectations of a deep clean. That was clearly not done as things were exactly as they were.

At this point, I just feel frustrated and perplexed at how they could do a poor job twice. I will have to clean all these areas myself now, which wouldn't be an issue if I hadn't paid someone over $300 to do it for me. When I hire a cleaning company, I do it because they typically can clean way better than I can... in this case, that was far far from reality.

I WOULD NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. Arizona Cleaning is THE company you want.

Initial clean went fantastic. I'm on a high every time I walk around my house. The staff was sweet, communicative, and thorough. Looking forward to building a relationship.

I called and told the scheduler what I wanted done. We went over the rooms and the size of the house. On the day of, they show up and say it’s going to cost more money even though we discussed it all. They wanted me to pay more so they could stay longer. They never said anything about this being a hourly job or time limit when I called. It’s a SCAM. You can tell by others posting the same type of review. The 5 star reviews are by people with only 1 or 2 reviews? Really? Sounds fake to me. They didn’t complete the job. Some rooms look real nice. Other rooms weren’t touched. Complete waste of money. The fans weren’t clean, which I asked for. The outside of the fridge isn’t wiped off, which I asked for. They said they didn’t know there would be stuff on the shelves. My dad and husband moved everything off the shelves for them and they still didn’t touch the bottom shelves. We just moved in 4 days ago but how do they clean other people’s houses that live there for years. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU

We hired De La Rosa Housecleaning in 2020 and they maintain our Arizona home! They come on Mondays and Thursdays and clean our home inside and out! Clean all patios and garageThey vacuum, mop floors, throughly dust, strip beds and remake with fresh linens, clean windows etc. They are friendly, arrive on time and do a great job!

Kurt, the owner/manager, came to the house and went over the services and cost with me. Was able to customize the service to meet my needs. The house was and smelled really clean after their visit. I was inadvertently overcharged for the first visit and they called back the next day and corrected their mistake. I was impressed by their honestly. Martha and Nancy were courteous and professional and I am pleased that I will get the same workers each visit.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for four years now. It is always a pleasure to come home to a clean house. Our regular cleaner is Mickie. She takes great pride in her work and always does a thorough and efficient clean for us.

I needed a thorough cleaning. Checked out numerous reviews on line and chose The Perfectionist! A group of 4 ladies showed up ready to go! Very professional and aimed to please. It was a bit more than I expected to pay, but I hadn’t done a deep cleaning like this before and I wasn’t sure how long it would take. Overall I am pleased with the results and would recommend Dahli and her team.

Consider yourself warned. I had to contact my CC to get their horrible service rectified and refunded. They hire/send unprofessional trainees to your home who have no cleaning experience and no idea how to properly clean a home. Bathrooms and floors were left in awful condition and when you call them out on this poor service they become defensive and try to justify their poor service. They want to charge you weeks in advance for their services yet expect you to wait over a month to even start the process for a refund! I will NEVER use or recommend them, just awful. I don't care if it's free, they are not professional, honest and send inexperienced cleaners which is why I had to get my CC involved to resolve their poor services and get my refund.

Health Points Cleaning Service does an excellent Job maintaining the cleaning of our office which is no easy task considering we are a cabinet manufacture. We are always happy to come in on Monday and find everything bright, clean and sawdust free! Customer Service is very responsive and the cost is more than reasonable for the services rendered. I would recommend them for your office or home needs!
