Always late, kept sending one cleaner when I asked for and agreed to two. Unprofessional on the phone. Late 2 out of 3 appointments. I will not call them again and I don’t think anyone should. Also no English speaking cleaners, hard to communicate have to call leslie and she call them. Just not professional not on time not a good business at all

Elisabeth - who took my initial calls - was extremely thorough in explaining all of the processes and expectations. That very day, within an hour, she arranged for the owner to come to our home to do a walkthrough and estimate. Brian could not have been nicer! He was honest, considerate and took the time to ensure every need and question was addressed. Our Deep Clean went very well and Guille & Alex made sure every single thing was perfect. They kept us informed along the way, and ensured we were satisfied before they left. Our first time trying this company and Deep Clean went so well that we are now a regular customer! I have been working with SPECIAL OPS for three years and had excellent cleaning services every two weeks with a great team leader. Three weeks ago I had my windows cleaned after having done so with Tim the owner before we moved in three years ago. The work was very disappointing. I have 65 windows on one level. One group of windows in a front corner were not cleaned and a screen left on the ground. Also my blind valance in Master bedroom was not put back on securely and fell and the ends broke off. Tim would not come back to inspect or repair even though I sent photos. I will continue housecleaning services every two weeks because the leader is excellent. But I will it continue with the windows carpet cleaning ir tile cleaning as I did and had planned to do because I feel that as a long time tehikar customer there was no empathy or spongy made for the oversights and damage. The window cleaning this time compared to the first was mediocre at best.

First of all i would like to say WOW. Very professional company and they take their work very seriously. They do amazing work and very honest with you off the bat. What i loved is they didn't try to up the price on you once they get here, whatever price they give you is what the proceess. Unless you obviously add something but my experience with Arizona Steamers was amazing, i will look no where else when i need my floors cleaned again. Keep up the great work guys. 5 star comapny

We really wish we had done this earlier! Maci did a great job cleaning our place in the 3 hr time frame. Price was also very good compared to other quotes I received in the area. We did set up routine monthly cleanings from now on. The manager Brian is also very responsive. We did originally have an issue with the cleaner not showing up due to a car issue or something happening on the highway. Brian was able to get us rescheduled and offered a discount. Overall we are pleased with the experience.

I have a membership with these cleaners for almost a year. The quality of service is good and prices are pretty reasonable.

But their scheduling is AWFUL. Lots of cancellations, rescheduling from their side a week down and more. It's impossible to book an appointment with them less than a month in advance and even so, there is always 50/50 chance they will call a day before and require to reschedule.

I would recommend to KEEP OUT of this business unless you are a retired/homebound person with lots of free time to accommodate to their constant flips.
