We had a plumber come by for a leaky pipe and as soon as they came in, they immediately started talking about having a restoration company come by to fix “all the damage.” They hadn’t even looked at anything yet so the hard push to their preferred restoration company was a big red flag.

I opted to hop online and call a different restoration company, one that the plumber had not referred, and am so glad I did. We had really excellent communication from everyone we spoke with at ASAP, and were so grateful to get an honest assessment from someone who had our best interests in mind. We had someone at our home within a few hours (Haley), and she was great. There are a lot of companies looking to take advantage of nervous home owners, so it’s a relief to find a good and honest company.

After a tree fell on our roof during a rain storm, we contacted PuroClean to dry us out. They showed up at daylight and immediately began working. Much to our satisfaction, they had everything dry within a few days. The workers were courteous. They were also careful and very organized. Thanks to their quick response, the damage to the inside of our home was very minimal. Thank you PuroClean!

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

I highly recommend phoenix carpet repair, our carpet was pretty torn up in a few places by our dog when he was a puppy, one spot was about 2 feet all messed up and within 10 minutes, it was like it was never there! I can't believe how good he did it, I though we'd have to drop 6 grand to change the whole houses carpet but oh my god, I'm so glad we called them over, I HIGHLY recommend.

I have heard back from Texas attorney general that they have made several attempts to contact Kiwi Services with no success of a reply. Manager Elizabeth did however reply to the Arizona attorney general. Still have not received a refund.

Ended up paying more than was quoted for use of roto vac in “high traffic” areas. Didn’t make a difference. Carpets in closets weren’t cleaned. Ultimately not worth the price. They left the carpets soaked, didn’t even apply fans to help dry faster. Took a whole day and a half to dry. Take your business elsewhere. I did not book the appointment, but as you can see by the invoice, I was definitely a customer.

I had a water damage in my home 2 months ago I called Apex to dry it out. I was so upset I cried when they came to the house. Rich helped me through all the insurance paperwork and dealt with the insurance company because my English is bad. Rich called me daily to see how I was doing even after I put my house together. I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
