Best Bathroom Remodel in Phoenix AZ

Completely unimpressed. I called them this morning just before 9am during their business hours. Their answering service picked-up and I relayed that I wanted to simply speak to someone at the company for about 10m to determine if the project we had was a good fit for them. She proceeded to ask me several questions to gather my contact information and then informed me that no one was available. She offered to schedule a quick call, but the next available time was TWO DAYS later. I politely declined. If this is the kind of intimacy and customer service Phoenix Home Remodeling delivers, I do not plan on ever being a customer.

EDIT on June 24, 2021: After reading this company's response, I increased my rating to 3*. While the response was fair, I do think the impersonal nature of an answering service (not actual company employees), coupled with the fact that availability for a very quick initial discussion was a full 2 days later would still keep me away from engaging. If I am going to work with someone on a project, I'd like to believe that the importance of a quicker response time and a more personal, direct interaction is paramount. Speaking to a third party service tasked only to gather my contact information and mechanically schedule a ~10m call 48 hours in advance does not give me the sense that this company is eager to engage their client base. That said, given the fact that I did NOT use their services, 1* admittedly felt harsh. I wish PHR the best of luck and strongly suggest they reconsider their screening process.

I had Holtzman remodel my kitchen a few years back and the job they did was outstanding. This time we were looking to completely remodel into a new master bathroom and we could not be happier. There were a few bumps along they way, but our PM Jarred was very communicative and I always knew where we stood for the whole project. We are eyeing a remodel of the spare bathroom now that the rest of the house looks so nice - when that time comes, we will surely reach out to Holtzman first.

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

This company couldn't even get me quote! I called them multiple times after the gentleman came and looked at my master bathroom. Even though they said they would have the owner call me, he never did! How could I ever trust a company that can't even get you a quote after 3 weeks! Excuse after excuse....onto a more reliable company

They were ON it! Got all of my tasks done quickly and at a reasonable price. Love this company. Will use again. Highly recommend.

West shore replaced a tub/shower on the second floor that would leak. The job was completed in a day for minimal disruption to the residents. Finished product is a welcome upgrade.

Had our shower remodeled by Dreamstyle remodeling this week and absolutely love it!! We had a minor hiccup the first day with a miscommunication but everything after that was smooth sailing. The communication from purchase to completion was amazing, aside from that one hiccup. Donald H. and Tuff R. did and excellent job installing. Kept us updated t/o the process, and cleaned up well at the end of everyday. This company is worth every penny.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

SHEWORKS handled multiple electrical issues during my recent move. They were professional, timely, reasonably priced, and almost most importantly were able to think on their feet and solve little problems. Never once did they say sorry can't fix that -- they fixed everything and wore a smile the entire time. Highly recommend!

Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Yes, I recommend working with this company.

We had to make many decisions throughout our renovation, but our first decision was our best- to hire Superior Home Remodeling to do the job! We added a master suite and remodeled the existing kitchen and baths of our 1950’s ranch. Dan and Danny did an amazing job and we are beyond thrilled with our home! Working with Dan and Danny (as well as their subcontractors) was easy! Forthright, patient, reliable, meticulous, proficient and courteous are words that come to mind. Some decisions were overwhelming with so many options available but Dan guided us toward the best choices for our budget. Danny helped us design a beautiful niche over our kitchen sink(previously a window), and it turned out amazing. A big concern is always the time frame. Our project was done as promised and on time. I am a not just a fan or Dion and the professionalism of his team-- I am a raving fan. We have had multiple issues with other contractors for home repairs that just weren't done properly. My house had stucco work that had been damaged by moisture and rain, ceiling work and painting from wear and tear, and interior painting and drywall work. Dion's crew genuinely cared about how clean our house needed to be, the procedures they needed to follow, the quality of service, post-repair clean up and the time frame our project needed to be completed. I would certainly hire Dion and his team as our GC in heartbeat for our home improvement needs.

Shannon and his Five40 team did a medium-sized TI for us that included new walls, drywall and paint, and an ESD-safe floor. They did a great job, and did it in a very timely manner - in fact, they completed the job ahead of schedule. We are quite pleased with the work, and the professionalism of the team - we would use them again, and definitely recommend!

This went so smoothly that we added a number of additional projects, all completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.
