My husband and I are extremely pleased with the remodeling work that TWD for us. The process end to end was so professionally done. We used their design services with Dmitriy. Dmitriy was very thorough, listened to us and designed our niche wall exactly as we wanted it. He also was extremely helpful when it came time to pick out our cabinets, hardware, and stone. The construction phase went very well. Our project manager, Tony, was amazing. He communicated with us daily, providing updates on every steps of the project. This put us at ease. We loved the construction project application that they use to track progress and to share updates and pictures. The contractors that completed the work arrived on time and completed a quality job. We would highly recommend TWD and plan to use them for future renovations.

After a great experience with our designer, Christina, we opted for HHI to tackle our small bathroom remodel. Every step of the project went as expected. They were open and honest with timelines in regards to product delays/demands. Will, our Project Manager, was very responsive to texts or phone calls, even at strange hours of the day. He was as flexible as he could be with our schedule and was always stepping up to the plate for us. Overall the project went as promised and we had a great experience!

We had a complete remodel of our guest bath and master bath, and they look amazing! Paul and the rest of the team from Neoteric Builders did a fantastic job. They were so easy to work with and helped so much with designing exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them. The first estimate from another popular place I won't mention sent a guy out that just seemed bored with his job and I didn't feel like he was listening to a word I was saying.
The second one from yet another place sent out a guy that listened, but didn't seem to know what he was doing.

The pricing is more than fair and in most cases way less than most places.
Their installers are the very, very best as well!
They had my kitchen cabinets installed with quartz tops within 2 week and the project turned out flawless!
Anthony coordinated everything and even threw in a couple things at no charge.
I can’t recommend them highly enough so before you decide to go anywhere else go see them, you won’t regret it.

I have used ArDan Construction for multiple jobs at my house over the past 6 years. They did an amazing remodel of the master bathroom in 2014. This past year they converted my attached carport into a garage, and did a bunch of patch up work in my spare bedrooms. We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. During our initial conversations, Bobby was very thoughtful, creative, and thorough in his approach to the project. During design, he worked through a number of iterations until we had it just right and we balanced the design, timeline, and budget. In construction, Atelier 507 was very proactive and attentive to detail. With any renovation, small unexpected things happen, but the key is the way those issues are resolved. Bobby and his team were always there to help guide us in the best way possible and provide options for every solution. Highly recommend this team and will use them again in the future.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Jayson, at Mill & Stone, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed a plan that honored the quirky features and floor plan of our 70-year-old house AND modernized it perfectly.

Throughout the 3 month design process and another 3 months of reno/remodeling, Jayson ensured permits and inspections were done properly, problems were solved quickly, subcontractors were on time and did excellent work, and we were always in the loop.

We moved in last week and are delighted with the design, the materials, and the feel of our home. When we’re ready to begin Phase 2 (outdoor work), Jayson will be our first call.

Everardo and his team did a great job. Any issues I had were responded to quickly and taken care of. My remodeled kitchen counters and backsplash, remodeled master shower and addition of door to my backyard and my patio door replacement were done beautifully and look amazing. Other than supply chain issues, the work was done in a good timeframe. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if/when I have a need. Thank you guys!!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
