Brandon (owner) went above and beyond and we cannot be more thankful! The hope for a beautiful home remodel had already been crushed by the lack of professionalism and detail from two other companies so our expectations were at an all-time low when Brandon’s tile guys showed up. Daniel and Antonio came in and knocked us off our socks! Their work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism and finish work was absolutely amazing. They fixed and finished work that other tile companies failed to complete and after 5 painful months, Daniel and Antonio turned our house into a home. First knowledge of Granite Transformation was through friends who installed their kitchen countertops. The counter tops were very eye catching and our friends truly sold us on Granite Trasnsformatiion. We went to a show where Granite Transformation had a staff and products to look at. We liked what we saw. Our friends suggested going to their showroom in Phoenix. We did and saw other products that we liked.
We made appointments for representative to come and give us ideas. We liked Tony's presentation and decided to buy a counter top. It took them about 6 to 8 weeks before they could complete project as they are very busy. Once they started on the project, one week to measure and the next week to complete the installation. Jaime and Reso were excellent installers, friendly and willing to go above and beyond the installation. We appreciate their care to meet our requestis.

I recently move to AZ and bought a new build, I wanted a more custom look and better quality work so I didn’t do the upgrades with the builder because I know how they work and just glue the countertops to the cabinets without plywood and the finishing touches are sloppy. I was shopping around and received quotes from 3 local competitors. I sent an email with pictures and measurements and Keith called me within minutes which was very impressive! After comparing quotes (apples for apples) I knew what tile I wanted, quartz, grout color and shluder. Keith came in thousands less and the fact that he was very responsive and professional I decided to use his company. He started less then 2 weeks after I closed escrow, his crew was always on time, professional and CLEAN ! My walls are white and I didn’t have any scuffs or hand prints anywhere. They worked long hours and finish the project fast which was important to be because I work from home. I went with herringbone tile work and quartz countertop with a mitered 2 1/2 inch edge all came out flawlessly. I highly recommend Serrano surfaces! You won’t be disappointed.

Just being honest...Staff walked out in the middle of our project. Our counter tops were lost, but after our own phone calls they were found. The cabinets are terrible construction. Measurements taken wrong leaving under floor exposed & used ugly trim to cover it. Ceiling raised & so uneven special trim had to be made. Wrong color cabinets installed. I was told its all in the lighting & that I signed off on the color which I did sign, but in planning we picked a color & told them that we absolutely did not want the color installed. Project took almost 1 year (11 months.) There were days that workers did not show up. We had to call to find out why. We were told many times, so & so would be here & after waiting all day, it would be another no show. We are just happy this is done. My husband will fix the small thing that need to be fixed.

They installed a new shower. The attention to what I wanted was evident from the first visit (Christian) to the weekly progress calls and the installation(Brad/Danny). They were on-time, done within the time period promised and left the bathroom immaculate, taking all trash with them. I couldn't be happier with the process and the result

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!
