Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

First I would like to say how happy I was when I called Anthony's plumbing, it was the 4th of July weekend and I thought I had cleared a clog in my guest bathroom, three separate times when the clog backed up each time. So I reached out to several plumbers and Brandon texted me back Friday night on a 3 day weekend and went over what was happening with me in my home. He offered to arrange to have people come over the next day, then to my surprise Brandon himself showed up, he was professional and had all the right tools to do the job. He worked on my clog for over an hour confirming with his camera that the clog had in fact been cleared and my drain was finally open. He made several recommendations, but never pressured me. His pricing was as promised and even when working on a holiday weekend, he had a positive attitude and professional workmanship. Since I am in the real estate business myself, we are always looking for reliable and trustworthy people to recommend to our clients. Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and had to shut off the water to the house on a Sunday evening. Reddi Services sent Pepe Munoz, the on call plumber. He came all the way from the far east valley to Goodyear. Pepe arrived in a timely manner and was professional and very efficient. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. I will be calling Reddi Services again and will ask for Pepe. Customer service was professional too, very friendly and courteous.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

This is a very good plumber. If you are on the North side of Mesa, call these guys. I had Arthur and crew here on a same day service call and did a fantastic job! Great value, and honest as the day is long. I only wish I would have found you guys earlier. Two thumbs up...way up! Thank you so much for the outstanding job you did for us, well appreciated.

Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. Communication is always key and is always there with this team. I would recommend this company to anyone who is having issues with plumbing that need an alternative way to take care of issues.

Toilets backed up. Called RR first. Temporarily cleared line for $220. Only opened one lid for liquids. Told us pipes were crushed and gave us a $7200 estimate to fix! Got a second opinion and learned there was another lid for solids 6 feet away. Dug it up. Baffle blocked. Cleared and drained system. No crushed pipes. Cost? $700. Live and learn and ALWAYS get another opinion.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I used Mr Rooter in Colorado Springs before moving to Arizona for 19 years.So of course I use them here and from the nice lady that set my appointment on the phone to meeting Luis who did our work we were thrilled.He was here from first thing in the morning till the end of the day making sure everything was installed properly and he was polite and clean and efficient and did a great job.I would recommend them to anyone.

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.
