Found our new plumbing company! We had a gas line installed for a pool heater. From start to finish there was excellent communication from the owner. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful. They worked extremely fast and cleaned up nicely afterwards. A pleasant experience altogether. Ivan and Tristan showed up on time to install our new A/C unit including thermostat. They laid down matting to make sure there was no mess left behind from coming from outside to upstairs as they installed everything. They even wore shoe booties. I was blown away at that. They vacuumed when they left. You couldn’t even tell they were there when they left. They were very professional, kind and respectful. The new system works great! It’s so quiet! I went from a single step to a variable.

Andy came out initially to assess our system and he was so thorough on educating my husband. This is how good he was a educating and pricing. My husband warned me ahead of time that we were not going to purchase an air-conditioning unit. That we had to wait until he left so we could discuss it. Andy came in and showed him on his handy computer. The difference between the unit types, and then gave us a price that was substantially lower than my husband had already pre-priced them at my husband, and then said, “how do we sign and proceed?”. I gave my husband a look as I recalled his warning to me. LOL! That said, the Hobaica prIce was much less. I like-a my Hobaica!

Mike Olson has been wonderful to work with. He has been servicing our air-handler and trouble shooting some issues we had with our new system. He is responsive and very informative on how our system works.

Michael was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole replacement process. Excellent customer service. I will use Day and Night Air Conditioning and Plumbing moving forward and request that Michael return.

I’ve had my eye on a Mitsubishi Mini Split for a long time. I wanted one not only as a backup ac unit for our house, but really for our master bedroom which never seems to cool during the summer months. I contacted Lincoln Air who is an authorized Mitsubishi dealer and Dillon came out to our house (wearing a mask, thank you Dillon!!) to give us an estimate. He told us where the best placement would be and what to expect on the day of installation. The crew is all pro, there were no issues with the installation process. It has been two months now and the Mitsubishi Mini Split is a fantastic investment, and we finally have a cool master bedroom. Thanks again!!

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Even though it was a holiday weekend and in the middle of the night / morning…. Both Lauren Quiroz and Casey were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you ladies for all you did… very much appreciated. ??
