Best Complete Remodel in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

We used Structura Remodeling for our remodeling job for the front exterior of our home, to include the installation of a new front door as well as outside lighting. I wasn't sure my request could be accomplished since our home was very traditional and I was looking for a more modern look. Upon meeting with Kobe, the owner, and discussing what we were looking for, Kobe was very attentive and understood our needs. Not only did he get the work done quickly and efficiently, but I can't say enough about the finished results. Absolutely amazing! It was well worth it and so glad we chose Structura remodeling for our remodeling needs.

I have worked with lots of contractors and these guys impressed me with their clear comunication, how clean they keep the work areas and how much they care about their customers..highly recommend them.

Not only were we very satisfied with the original bathroom remodels Holtzman did for us, but we have been equally satisfied with the warranty process. We recently had a leak from our bathtub. Jaryd and his team have addressed the problem quickly with no questions asked and with a level of professionalism and quality of work that is refreshing. We could not be more satisfied and we will be customers for life!

I loved the family atmosphere... I like how everyone is so friendly and more than happy to help. The projects are stunning and very well thought out and managed. They can design almost any style kitchen you desire. I really recommend!

They did work on our bathroom 5 years ago finding out recently. That they cut so many corners on the work they did . Would highly recommend not using them.

I am super impressed by the fact that the crew created no disturbance to my household. They used to clean up every day before going home. They surely show examples of great teamwork.

Diamond Granite installed a new countertop on my outside patio bar. They did a terrific job. Very professional and did the job in a timely manner. The job was done for the estimated price. They communicated well every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.

Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. They overall have a great business and they know how to work and do what they need to do to get the job done

We are having a terrible experience with Affinity Kitchens of Scottsdale. They were to have our cabinets today (2/20) and to start the installation. They did not even know where our cabinets were and now pushed our installation off till March. They are an unresponsive Company and I plan to never use them ever again. I would not recommend them to anyone planning a new kitchen or a remodel.

Brad and Jon were so nice and respectful. They worked quickly and without interrupting me as I worked from home. I was impressed by the plastic and tarps they draped in my master bedroom to keep dust from landing on furniture as they worked. This obviously wasn't their first rodeo.

We had a total remodel of our master bathroom with Rebath. It was a terrific experience start to finish. Our new bathroom is stunning.

Our primary technician Keaton was completely professional along with being accommodating and helpful in every way. Hunter and Macio also were terrific in providing extra help with our project. we Our designer Deborah provided a design completely compatible to our tastes and followed up throughout the project. We were consulted all through the project for preferred placement of components and accessories and everything was fully explained each day. We received daily updates along with photos of what was done each day. At the end of every workday Keaton carefully cleaned the work area and his access path. Our project was finished ahead of schedule!

Elan managed a kitchen, bathroom, and staircase job for us. All jobs were completed on time and very nicely done. Excellent communication, respectful team of workers, and consistent follow-up. Would recommend to anyone in need of a contractor!

Would put zero stars if I could. Overall, very unhappy with quality of work. It makes me sick when I have to see the finished result. The list of problems is long and I am now considering having another company come in and fix the mess. I now regret thinking I could save a few $ by going with this company. I would of taken it better if they would take some accountability but the fault never was put on them. Make sure you do a complete look over when job is complete.
