If I could rate it lower, I would. Very bad experience with the company. The owner was argumentative and almost hostile, he KNEW what was right. Ego will run this company into the ground.



Side note, If you notice most of the people writing the reviews are his family. On their website it says they have been licensed for 5 years, if you look up the ROC License, it has only been active for a year...something seems fishy.

American Discount Plumbing came within 24 hours of my initial call. I received my quote over the phone and the owner stuck to the quoted price did which included some extra work at a minimal charge. Service was fast and complete and I also received some tips on water usage for my home. Paul was very friendly and helpful. Thank you American Discount Plumbing!

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!
