We contracted with Phoenix Home Remodeling to renovate our three bathrooms and they did a fantastic job. Great communication, the project plan kept at least one bathroom functional throughout, absolutely zero corner cutting, great attention to detail, and very clean work. Mark, Ben and Jeremy are responsive, helpful, skilled and easy to work with. Their level of craftsmanship is something that every contractor should aspire to.

After getting several estimates for our Master Bathroom Remodel and a Wine Bar at our Breakfast Nook, we decided to go with this company. We were initially told the project would take 6-8 weeks. It took 5 Months!! We chose all of our materials that we wanted in September of 2021. The supply chain issue excuse wears thin when the materials were ordered months prior. It took several attempts from the Designer to finalize the estimate and to see if we were on budget. Our Designer quit soon after we picked out all of our items and we were never reassigned a new Designer. We had to pick out a granite slab and paint by ourselves which was not that big of an issue. Our first project Manager was fired and we had another Project Manager assigned to us. He only showed up a few times. It seems the materials we chose were not ordered in a timely manner. They were scrambling to get the items we thought were ordered months prior once they were ready to begin installation. They came out to install the toilet and had a commercial type toilet seat (U shaped with no cover) something that one would see in a bar or restaurant. They re-ordered the toilet seat and the same type one arrived a week later. I ended up going to Home Depot to get the correct toilet seat and cover and installed it myself so we could use the toilet. There were several days and weeks that there were no workers without any calls or emails to say they would not be arriving even though they were on the schedule in the Portal. Everything goes thru the Portal. The schedule can be changed at a moments notice. Any complaining was met with little to no response and it felt we were automatically sent to the back of the line in scheduling for complaining. How petty! They did not order the correct parts for the shower diverter which made our complete walk-in shower inoperable for weeks. Once the parts arrived they weren't able to get the Plumber out to install even after I explained I had back issues and needed to use the walk-in shower to bathe. I ended up hiring a local Plumber to install the part to get the shower working. They took no responsibility for anything. We wanted under cabinet lighting at the Wine Bar, however the Electrician didn't wire it correctly so we 86'd that idea. I ended up getting a wireless re-chargeable light fixture and installed it myself. The icing on the cake was when they sent out a guy to finish the Punch list which included some paint touch up. When he arrived he told me he was color blind and did not paint!!!!!! I notified the Project Manager of this and he said he would come and paint himself. At that point I ended up doing the touch up myself. For the amount of money we spent on this project we are very disappointed on how we were treated. Their lack of Customer Service and them taking no responsibility whatsoever for all of their screw ups and lack of communication lead me to give them two stars. We were also told more than once from their workers that we lived very far from their office. Perhaps they shouldn't of taken this project on. No one wants to hear workers complain that we live too far away. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend them. Do not use them, not worth the headaches.

Kitchens by Good Guys does excellent work!!! We gutted our kitchen and took out a wall. Good Guys didn’t shy away from the project, in fact they knocked it out of the park!! We love, love, love our new kitchen. From start to finish, all staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Good guys provided a timeline for the project, from purchasing/building of the cabinets to the final inspection approval. They were realistic in their timeline and were done when they said they would be. We were not in the house for the project but Good Guys use a platform where they upload photos of the progress of the project. We appreciated this extra step. I cannot say enough about this team. You will not regret hiring Good Guys!!

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. They are both true professionals and amazing craftsmen who turned our master bathroom into exactly what we envisioned! Best experience ever! Fantastic job! Serrano did an amazing job and what fast and attentive service. Keith was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. My kitchen was 4 slabs and artesian mitered edge installed. My dad has been in this business in Jackson Hole for 25 years and Serrano impressed him! Thank you Keith and your installers. Fine work. Highly recommend!

Slow service not to many selection.

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

Tim Huber did an outstanding job, he had great ideas and really created a perfect kitchen for our needs. Affinity Kitchens did very good work, we are extremely pleased with out new kitchen.

Colton and Patrick did a great job installing our neJacuzzi walk in shower. They were respectful, courteous, efficient, and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel for anyone who is thinking about upgrading their bathroom.

Nothing less than 5 stars for Sunset Tile and Bath. Our bathroom remodels turned out as amazing as we had hoped. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped us design our new bathrooms, with lots of great suggestions. Every detail was explained ahead of time and the entire process was very smooth. Mark and Kevin’s team were professional, neat and tidy, and masters at their craft. We are looking forward to updating our kitchen later this year and we will be going back to Sunset Tile and Bath.

ReBath took out old and put in new tub/shower & surround, toilets, vanities with sinks, as well as all new plumbing parts and faucets, shelves & grab bars. We also had a light recessed in above the shower.
The installer was outstanding in all ways. He kept busy, yet did not rush through it. He was organized and thorough, with attention to the smallest of details. The quality of his work was perfect, which is something hard to find now days. He was friendly, polite, courteous and thoughtful. He went over and above our expectations. Oh, and he even vacuumed before he left!
We truly love our new bathrooms!

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

My wife and I just finished a repair and renovation at our house in Mesa, and we are very happy with how Sam's team at pelleco managed the project and its quality. One of the biggest worries we had is safety of leaving the house open to random folks to come work during the day while we were in the office. Good value for the end product kitchen resurface with new drawer and door fronts were wonderful. Continued efforts to excel and rose to a high level when work order was added to as in 2 additional drawers added to bathroom vanity as vessel sink created available space.
