Todd and Austin couldn't have been nicer to work with. The exterior stucco is free of unsightly lumps! They answered our questions, managed the workload, and communicated with us on a regular basis with scheduling and what to expect. We are very happy with the outcome.

The entire staff has been incredibily professional through our entire remodel process. I want to specifically call out Will Stubblefield. Will joined Holtzman a couple days before our project started. We were so lucky that he was our project manager. His communication was tremendous. He was always very honest with us. Will always had our best interest in mind and worked very hard to ensure our project moved along smoothly. He was always available anytime we had a question. Good Guys are exactly the name - good guys (and girls)! They truly are the nicest people to work with, and are so knowledgeable in the field. They manage the project start to finish and even after if something breaks or whatever the case may be - they fix it and make it right. The whole team Amber, Shannon and Dean are great people to work with. I'd absolutely recommend them for remodel work and kitchen and bath design.

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

First off, I don't write reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for excellent quality!

I used them to install 64 sq ft of granite and a new kitchen sink. There was a new large island being installed with an existing Formica countertop in the other areas needing replacement.

Throughout the entire process of the estimate with Todd, the template with Mannie, and the actual installation of the granite and sink they were top notch!!

Todd gave me a tour of their factory showing me the slabs, and each step in the fabrication. He and Rachel, front office, answered all my questions.

Each person during the process came when they were scheduled, did what they promised, completed the work in a timely manner, and was very respectful protecting my new floors, cleaning up after themselves, etc.

All of them stressed that customer satisfaction was important.
They did not rush and patiently answered my questions.

I have had 9 contractors in my home recently as I am doing upgrades. They rank right up there with high quality customer service.
I am telling everyone I know if they want granite or quartz to contact Diamond Granite. I would absolutely use their services again!!

Tino and Nino did an amazing job installing my parents’ quartz countertops! Clean seams and caulking. Very professional and timely. I would absolutely hire them on for my own home renovations. Tony was great about coming in and going over the estimate and expectations as well.

Keith and his team were phenomenal. We bought our countertops at a place that did not deliver and we couldn't transport them. Keith went and picked them up for us and then stored them for 4 months for us without complaint. (That was not our original plan - our other contractors were awful). When it came time to install, I got in touch with Keith and he was there within a couple of days, right on time. He came and got all of the exact measurements, setup an install time, and his crew did an amazing job. They were quick, precise, professional, and produced an amazing final product. I really enjoyed working with Keith and will be working with him again on my next countertop project.

I used Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to remodel my master bath shower/tub combo to a walk-in shower. This company was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of the project. In a world today where great customer service is almost non-existent, this company prides itself on it! Everyone from my sales consultant George Spatola, to the guy who called weekly to say my project timeline was still on track, to Anthony M. and Pedro M. who did my installation. Everything was thoroughly explained from the beginning, during, and the end of the project. The installers were professional, friendly, and courteous. It truly was a one day install (10hrs). They even cleaned up the mess, like they said they would, once the project was done.To anyone looking for a bathroom remodel done right, I highly recommend this company. They also do great work in the community and help disabled vets. I am so glad I went with my gut and used Jacuzzi Bath.

Sunset Tile & Bath Have completed 3 relatively major upgrades for our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area since 2017.. most recently this January. They have always been on time, giving prior notice on arrival. and have always done a first-rate job being mindful of cleanliness and being responsive to our requests. Of particular note is Audra Lamb, who has alway delivered on commitments and has offered valuable counsel for our projects. Also needing special recognition is Cesar Lopez, a true craftsman who takes emense pride in his work and is truly a perfectionist in everything he does.

Rebate remodeled our shower..removed old shower/tab and installed a new shower without tab. Work was done as promised. There was little interruptions to the homeowner who happened to work from home.

I wish I'd have never done business with this company. We hired Pelleco to remodel our master bathroom. It was a huge mistake. The quality is similar to that in 3rd world countries. Very poor quality workmanship, no oversight of contractors, blames customer for problems, cheap quality parts and the list goes on and on. I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone. This was the worst remodel experience I could have ever imagined and was overcharged in the end. If you choose to use Pelleco I wish you good luck. You'll really need it.

replaced old oak cabinets in kitchen and master bath with cherry finish and new doors and drawer fronts. Absolutely beautiful.
