From the woman who answered my call (Alexis I believe) to the Senior Tech Ethan, the service has been exceptional. Alexis was kind, personable and helped get a technician out right away. Ethan was AMAZING! Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He walked me through and thoroughly explained everything. These guy were amazing, no fault of theirs they had to come back the next morning. Because i did no have a cleanout they had to go up on the roof to fix the issue. They even removed a dead animal from the roof!. The techs were the best ever, I will use no other than Champion pluming!

Been working from home so I sometimes will not enter my garage on a daily basis. Well Thursday, July 8, I went into my garage to grab a tool. Saw water on the garage floor. I realized the outlet pipe at the top of the gas hot water heater was leaking. I could not stop it so I turned off the water. The first two plumbers I called were unavailable. So I called American Discount Plumbing based on its high rating and positive reviews.

I spoke to Paul who came out that afternoon even though he was on another job. After reviewing the situation, Paul presented me some options. Given the age of the water heater (at least 5-years old), I decided to replace it. Paul offered me a fair deal including the 40-gallon water heater, and installation labor.

Paul returned Friday morning with the water heater during the time window he had indicated. After a couple of hours in sweltering heat, Paul had the gas hot water heater installed, and running. I am very pleased with Paul's responsiveness, timelines, and professional demeanor. And I got a good, fair deal. I highly recommend American Discount Plumbing.

Vicente was fantastic! I got a call when he was on his way, he was very quick to assess the problem and fixed it right away. He was also able to take care of another problem at the same time. The only reason for 4 stars is that I requested two separate receipts for the jobs and after a week I still have not received those receipts.
