We recently completed a full tear-out kitchen and master bath replacement with Homework Remodels in our mid-century home (built 1957). It was the second major project on which we engaged Steve Shinn and company. The first was about ten years ago for an addition to our home that added an office/bedroom, laundry room, garage extension, new roof, painting and changes to front and rear patios.

Doing such an extensive project that involved all trades gave us the opportunity to really get to know Steve, the quality of work from his team, and the way he runs his business. Needless to say, we were very satisfied and had no hesitation calling Homework Remodels for this latest project.

We were very pleased to see that Steve was not only still in business following the recession that clobbered so many local companies, but actually had grown his business over that time. Knowing that Steve takes a long-term approach to managing his business, and having seen his dedication to customer satisfaction, we were not surprised to see that Homework Remodels flourished. We had uncertainties about other contracting firms, so we went with the one we knew and with whom we already had a good experience. We had confidence in Homework Remodels, so it was a pretty easy decision.

One of the changes we found, that was of great value to us, is that Steve now had an in-house designer, Sheila, whose experience and expertise was obvious from our first meeting. It made tackling such a large project a much more comfortable experience. Sheila provided a lot of information on materials, fixtures, and design, and told us where to find more on our own.

The Homework team provided guidance every step of the way and did a great job. I would recommend them for their quality of work and great customer service.

Our recent shower installation by Rebath was not the same excellent experience as our previous one, 1 year ago.
A couple of months ago, Rebath removed an old jet tub and old shower then installed a new custom, walk-in shower with bench in our master bathroom. They told us it would take 3 days. It took 6 days. Plus, another week because they dropped one of our glass doors during installation and had to order another one. Plus, we had to get them back out 2 more times for a leak in the wall and a shower head that would not stop running. I do give Dale kudos for coming out and fixing everything right and as quickly as he could. We had absolutely not one problem with our first Rebath shower installation, and it took 2.5 days to complete.

Our sales rep Kevin was extremely helpful, really worked with us to get the final numbers closer to our budget and was the least pushy tub-to-shower remodel salesperson we spoke to. Our foreman Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very respectful. The end result is a beautiful walk-in shower and I would recommend Re-Bath to anyone looking at a similar project. I have already referred one of my neighbors.

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

Very professional. Repaired hairline cracks in garage ceiling drywall using expansion joints to compensate for the excessive heat that is experienced in the garage during summer months. Taping, spackling and painting to finish the work came out excellent. Highly recommend them for this type of work.

We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom redone recently we are very happy how everything went since the first day with design consultant JR Crider was very patient and attentive he was very helpful. Also Sam Snedecor who did the remodel was great at keeping us informed as things progressed, he did a fantastic job he was dedicated and any questions that we had was answer, he always wanted to make sure we were happy with the work he was doing, overall we love our new bathrooms. Pro Bathtub Refinishing's team repaired our guest bathroom tile and tub that a lot of superficial cracking on the surface. Miracle Method saved our existing shower, saving us TONS of money in the process!! The shower floor was old, stained, and we even tried to “refinish” it ourselves.. which ultimately led to more damage than we knew how to handle. From the start, the miracle method team was incredibly personable, professional, and downright a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend- 10/10!
