Our Installers were on time, laid out all protective drops for floors and bathroom fixtures. Tommy and Duncan took us through all the steps of the install, finished in a timely manner, workmanship was top notch. I am a much larger guy, Tommy made sure that all wall anchors were set well and did an exceptional job on the seat. I liked it at first.but there are already things that are falling apart

We had our 2nd shower this year replaced. In February 2022 we had an incredible experience with Re-Bath and Kitchens. Dylan Rhizor did the first shower. We requested he remodel the 2nd one as well. Dylan took time to make sure our expectations were met in all regards. We love the team. They are professional and dependable. This was our 2nd amazing experience with this company & would highly recommend them in all regards. Dylan's attention to detail and willingness to listen improved our quality of life by providing a great product in the time frame they promised.

We hired Derek Rogers and Aqua Therapy to redo our shower and bathroom floors. We were so lucky to have a trusted and professional crew. Derek worked with us on pricing and design. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of the finished job. We highly recommend Aqua Therapy!

TWD was hired in 2011 by Pulte Homes to paint the exterior & touch up the interior of many homes in my neighborhood (WestWing Mountain in far N. Peoria) after some issues with water seepage were found around windows and a major re-stuccoing was required. They did excellent work and were always friendly, prompt and respectful. But that is not what led me to post this review.

In September of 2014, almost 3 years after their work was finished, I found myself in a bit of a jam. I needed to do some minor touch ups to my interior walls, and unfortunately the paint can they'd originally left me for this purpose upon completing their work in 2011 had been accidentally discarded. I remembered TWD had left me a note with some specifics about the paint they used, but unfortunately HD, Lowes & Sherwin-Williams weren't able to make sense of it. So I called Pulte directly, and they looked up my address and gave me the specs for the paint color they had listed as the standard paint color for my home. After having Home Depot mix up a batch, it was clear that my home had a custom paint job, as the shade Pulte gave me was very noticeably lighter.

On a whim, I called TWD and was put in touch with Kevin, who could not have been kinder or more helpful. After doing some research, he told me of a infrequently used color choice Pulte may have used on my house, and told me he would call back and let me know if he could get me some details on it. When he called back, not only did he give me the paint name & information (which Pulte themselves could not provide), to my surprise he insisted that he would have a quart of it mixed up for me and have someone drop it off at my door the very next day, free of charge. Needless to say, he followed through with this, and the paint matched perfectly. When I told him how impressed I was that he went so above and beyond (I had really just wanted the paint info so I could go buy it myself), he told me that's just the way they like to do business and he sounded genuinely happy that he was able to help.

Without hesitation, I recommend TWD for your drywall & painting needs. Not only do they do great work, where else are you going to find a company that would go out of their way to proactively deliver a free can of paint to a house out on the far edge of town 3 years after a job is done, just to make a boneheaded homeowner like me happy?

Ben and his crew have some amazing southwestern home remodeling skills. You can tell that they truly love what they do!

What a great experience from beginning to end. Fast and right in our price range. The technicians were very thoughtful and considerate in our home. We love our new windows and would definitely refer Optum to my friends and family.

I’m so excited about my guest bathroom having the Complete redo. Tub, ADA toilet, backsplash around sink and behind toilet with a soft touch closing seat/lid and vanity that’s soft touch closure too. Brad, the technician did an awesome job. Then he did the my bathroom and only had to do the ADA toilet the vanity and backsplash just around the sink area. And both got new medicine cabinets that have the 3 glass openings and the ones that were in the walls are gone and tiled Great job TEAM

I am in the middle of my job with Legacy so I will update this review as my project progresses. So far, it has been a wonderful experience. My wife and I are wanting a new look for our kitchen and aren't too knowledgeable about remodeling in general. No worries, Legacy has held our hands through the planning and design process, ensuring we get exactly the look we want. I'm sure the rest of the project will be just as pleasant.

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

I received a courtesy call from Home Concepts that they would be at my home at 8:45am. They arrived on time and was represented by Tom and Kevin. I walked them into the bathroom where the walk-in shower would be installed. I was quoted by the sales associate that the project would take 1-2 days to complete. Six hours later, Tom and Kevin had completed the project. Upon arrival they asked where I wanted grab bars, shower controls etc. Half way through, they had me show them where I wanted to shelves positioned in conjunction with the seat. These gentleman worked quickly and remained absolutely focused on this project. They laid down protective cloths throughout the house from the front door to the bathroom. They cleaned up the entire area and replaced all the rugs in their original place. They then explained in detail about the features of my new walk-in shower. One thing that I and my wife really appreciated was as they were going in/out of the house Amazon delivered some heavy packages. Because of our disabilities, they informed us that we had packages on the porch and they brought them into the house for us. How special is that. These gentleman worked nonstop and focused. If anyone reads this and is ever in the market for a walk-in shower; definitely give Home Concepts a call and don’t forget to ask for Tom and Kevin. They work so well together. Only 6 hours on this project and it is simply beautiful. I wish I could post a picture of my new walk-in shower. Just to let you know, I’m a disabled retired Marine veteran with a amputated leg.

The in-home estimate was easy and the pricing was extremely competitive. The installation team was professional and treated my home with consideration. They left the bathroom and house spotlessly clean.

After the remodel, I have both! Ben was an excellent communicator and on site daily. Ben’s team was very professional and neat. The quality of their work was fantastic. The kitchen looks amazing.”

They did a great job! Jony, was our installer and was very friendly and attentive and was easy to work with!

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.
