Best New Construction in Phoenix AZ

I had four bathroom showers/tubs of varying difficulty remodeled through DreamStyle and overall I had a great experience! John and Luis completed the first remodel, they were quick and efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Lyle and Will completed the second remodel, this project ran into a slight snag as the previous owners didn't correctly vent the sewer line. Lyle and Will stopped work and immediately told me so that I could figure out how to correct this issue. They also helped with installing the solution and the project was only delayed by a day. Raul and Eddie completed the third and fourth remodels. They really went above and beyond and helped solve some issues that arose during the install. They also provided input on how to really customize the install to maximize aesthetics and functionality. They even came in on their Saturday off to finish off the project (the master shower install took longer than expected). Overall, the crews did a great work, I'm really happy with the installs and the new showers look amazing. The crews were on time, communication was great, and the work took as long as expected.The biggest bonus for me was that there wasn't any scope creep meaning that even though there were some issues that the crews ran into they helped fixed them and didn't charge me a crazy amount extra. The overall quality of the product seems great as well - so far no issues! Would highly recommend DreamStyle if your bathroom needs an update.

Working with Re-Bath helped bring us the bathroom we wanted. One of the first points made by their salesman was that one person would be doing all the work. This was huge to us since we didn't have to try and find a bathroom person, drywall person, plumber, etc. It took 9 days to complete + 2 weeks roughly to get our custom glass installed. Completely worth it. They updated us daily on an app and even showed pictures. They cleaned up daily and let us know when we could or couldn't walk on the floor. The toughest part of everything... picking out exactly what to want. They have a lot of selections that would look great in a lot of bathrooms. Really happy with their work. Would contact them again for another bathroom job.

Do yourself a big favor and avoid a lot of stress and go strait to AZ Granite & Remodeling. We started our remodeling journey at Lowe's & Home Depot and soon regretted it. Shortly after we met Veny and company who picked up all the pieces of our bad decisions and put it all back together. Not only did he do a magnificent job on our countertops, but he also corrected extensive work which had already been completed pre-Veny and only charged us cost of materials. Our Project Superintendent Jerry Thompson was by far the best superintendent we’ve worked with. His dedication and attention to detail were spot on. Several of the issues were taken care of by Jerry before we had to bring it to anyone else’s attention. I would recommend legacy for your future remodeling projects. The out front scheduling process is one thing that could be improved overall most of the sub contractors were pretty reliable.

I was very impressed with the efforts of Steve, Lori, and his entire team, they did a really great job. They added a room to the back of my house, everything was meticulously completed from the initial foundation, to the final painting and trim.
