These Guy's deserve a 5 star review. There were so many options and Randy the store manager at the Tatum store helped guide us through the process so we ordered exactly what we wanted. Yes, it took 14 weeks but it was well worth the wait. The installer Cameron showed up to do the install and by the end of the 2nd day we had a new kitchen, his attention to detail shows and the cabinets are excellent quality. This is a great locally family owned business

My handyman, told me about Diamond Kitchen& Bath, Inc when I was looking to add wall cabinets to my office and in the hallway. I was frustrated with the pricing and quality at the big box stores. I stopped by and was greeted by Randy Smith, a sales rep, who listened to my needs, and worked out a plan and price to match my existing cabinets. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and thought I'd only be able to do one area at a time. The quote on both area's came in at less than one area at the box store! I ordered them and they were delivered with care, by Anthony and Nate. They unboxed them out side, placed the cabinets in the area they would be installed, and took the empty boxes away. A few days later, Jordan, the installer, came in and hung the cabinets perfectly, drilled for, and installing the handles, and swept up the counters and floor before leaving. I can not tell you how impressed I was from sales, to delivery and installation. Finding a company that takes pride in what they do, is a rarity these days. We remodeled our entire house and redesigned the kitchen and bathrooms. We purchased all the cabinetry from Diamond Kitchen and bath. Couldn’t be happier! Randy Smith provided great service. The wait times are on the long side but totally worth it!

Worst possible experience, save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. Mismeasurments, cracked cabinets, mis-hung doors, shoddy trim and on and on and on. Zero customer service, asked the Tatum store manager Randy to come out to assess the issues and we were told that when the reordered cabinets arrived they would fix everything but not before. Well the cabinets arrived today after ANOTHER 12 weeks and of course they're the wrong color, 2 doors were never even ordered at all and the slide outs don't fit in the cabinet delivered. Truly unbelievable ineptitude and awful customer service. We filled a complaint with the BBB and the district manager will come out tomorrow to see the mess that is our new kitchen.

Where do I start! This entire process was great! Our salesperson Kyle was fabulous and so, so patient with all of our (my) changes. The delivery guys, efficient and fast. The installer Calin was so good at what he does! And finally, Joey- genius problem solver! He took care of the minor changes we needed to wrap up this process! I especially appreciate the quick communication from everyone! We highly recommend Diamond Kitchen & Bath.

I dont usually leave reviews but I'm so happy i had to. We bought our kitchen cabinets from Diamond and i have to say the process was made so easy thanks to James, he took his time to help me pick the perfect fit and answered all of my questions. Simply THE BEST! Starting with Mike last January (!) until final appliance hook-ups yesterday (November!), it's been professional, caring, and almost seamless. After I selected my custom cabinets, sink, and quartz countertops with a May install date (Covid!), I decided to spend the summer in Michigan so would not be here in May. Diamond immediately said no problem and held my cabinets in storage for a new install date in October. Coordination of the installation among a number of workers, over a period of weeks this Fall, was amazing. So many balls to juggle and they did an amazing job doing so. I'm not the easiest customer and I could not be happier. I have a beautiful kitchen and I love Diamond Kitchens, Tatum store! Kudos to Mike, Josh, Cornell, Jedd, the demo and appliance hook-up guys, the countertop installers, the cabinet installers, and everyone else I may have missed. Thank you!

These two gentlemen are terrific! Juju and Eli are the kind of workers you expect to deliver merchandise but never get. They were not only professional but were gentle with my cabinets so no scratches were made by them. They made sure to place the cabinets in such a way that I can get around them with my walker. I couldn't be happier!

Today I met Randy, I only needed one cabinet and instead of treating me like a pain he bent over backwards to walk me through a process that most places would have been just blown me off. The process was complicated and he took his time and treated me like I was spending a small fortune at his place of business. What a pleasure to know that places like this still exist in this world. On top of everything the price was very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and shop Diamond Kitchen and Bath when you remodel.

We loved working with Randy and the Diamond Kitchen Team. It was a long haul for us, but with supply chain issues, the cabinets came in, but missing trim. We had 3 installers over the course of several months. All of them have been very professional. We are going back to Diamond Kitchen and Randy for our bathroom remodel.

Worked with a gentleman by the name of James, he was very willing to hear us out on what type of kitchen we wanted. He was very attentive to our wants and needs we smoothly . Recommend him to other friends and family .

Junior was an amazing installer. He came to fix some of our cabinet fronts and he was kind, efficient, informative, and best of all cleaned up after himself.

UPDATE: After install was delayed twice because of the lack of communication between the salesman and install department, they didn't bother to call us on the rescheduled day, we had to contact them. We were rescheduled for the next day. They send someone over with zero direction after being promised 'their best guy'. Now this guy tells us it's really a two man job!! What a joke these people are! ?

Buyer beware MAJOR INSTALLATION ISSUES - The lack of communication - we leave a message and a week later, still no response on the completion of the installation, the OUTRIGHT LIES and endless excuses from the installation department and the fact that they got their money (required for cabinet delivery to be paid in full) so now we are at their mercy is why there is a one star. Everything's great upfront when they are selling you your cabinets but after they get their money the customer service goes right out of the window. It puzzles me to see a 4.8 rating...

The cabinets were delivered on time and were in perfect condition. Jordan, our installer, was meticulous and did an excellent job of installing them.

Alex is my go-to at Diamond K&B for my interior design business. He is always super helpful and has a sense of urgency that is needed when making projects big or small into a pleasant experience. The vast selection of cabinet colors, styles and customization options makes this a one stop shop for all different kinds of projects. Thank you!

I visited the Tatum location and spoke with Mike J. I asked Mike a few questions about their various lines of cabinets as we are planning a fairly extensive remodel. Mike wasn't the most patient guy as he seems a little short with his answers, instead he asked me at least 2 or 3 times what my budget was. I told him we didn't necessarily have one and that I would like to give him a design we paid to have made for us in order to help us solicit bids from. I could tell this didn't sit well with him at the time, and based on my attempted follows was confirmed as he has not replied. There are plenty of good cabinet companies in town that will give you the time you deserve, Mike/Diamond Kitchen & Bath won't, at least as was our experience, unless of course you tell them you'll give them a blank check. That might get their attention.

Bill helped plan and layout our new kitchen, ordering and delivery went smoothly. Cameron was our installer. He was punctual, courteous, and went over the process with us in detail. He did not interrupt our work schedule (we work from home). He did a great job installing our new cabinets and we are very happy with the results. Thank you Cameron for your help in getting one step closer to having our kitchen completed.

We had a great experience with Diamond Kitchen and bath. Angel and Victor were on time and done fast. Randy was great to work with as well. We put a desk in the kitchen and did somewhat custom cabinetry in our living room. Randy gave us good input and we love the cabinets!

I worked with Josh on our kitchen remodel & I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! From start to finish, he was professional, informative & extremely communicative. He is skilled at kitchen design & showed patience with me as I was new at this. He’s kind & respectful, as are the other associates I encountered at this store. Also, Joey, our installer was great! My experience with Diamond K&B has been great so far. I worked with Josh S at the Tatum location on the design and he’s been so patient, communicative and helpful throughout the process. The demo crew was great and Anthony, who delivered the cabinets, was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about my installer, Greg — he went so above and beyond, wanting everything to be perfect and just how I want it. Besides being a super nice guy, he’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and talented. He’s the type of installer you feel lucky to get! This has been my experience with my kitchen and I can’t wait for Diamond to return next month for my bathrooms and laundry room projects! Highly recommend Diamond!

I met Logan more than a year ago as a Real Estate Agent helping sellers improve their homes to sell for HIGHER prices. Logan went through the grades of cabinets...furniture board vs plywood...pricing. He also discussed the wood inlays and vs particle board inside. The REASON this was so HELPFUL to me was because I need to determine budget's for the Seller's to be able to remodel their kitchens.

This year we did OUR KITCHEN and dining room and Logan helped my husband & I DESIGN and he ADDED to our plan. Logan had Regis (our AMAZING INSTALLER) recess 2 cabinets to the side of the main upper causing a beautiful elevation that along with crown molding there made it look ELEGANT in a way we NEVER would have thought of. He hand delivered our sink and has been over to check the installers progress.

This was our second time contacting Randy to design our Master Bath cabinet. Once again, I was not disappointed. Randy made sure everything went according to schedule. Thank you Randy and Christian. Diamond Kitchen and Bath deserves a 10 STAR rating for staff, prices, value, and scheduling.

I called and spoke with Joshua Swarny regarding a kitchen drawer that I could not open because something was blocking it. He came out after work and got it open. He was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help.

I used Diamond Kitchen and Bath for a new island and pantry while remodeling my kitchen. Randy was my salesman and he was outstanding, reaching out to me to review the schematics of the cabinets for the project to make sure they would fit. He was quick to make an adjustment when necessary and matched my existing cabinets. I was very happy with the experience.

Dave was my installed and did an excellent and thorough job with the install. He was done in less than a day and the cabinets turned out better than I could have imagined.

Overall the process was super smooth. They always delivered on time, whether that was plans, delivery, installation or communication.

I'm very happy to have chosen Diamond for the cabinet work in my kitchen.

It was a pleasure to work with Bill Bahling in remodeling my bathroom. It turned into an entire bedroom suite remodel. I am thrilled with the way the bathroom looks and am so enjoying using the new vanity, mirrors, etc. Bill was helpful every step of the way. I called regularly with questions and he was great at guiding me through the process. Diamond's procedures made the project move along smoothly.

I started our kitchen remodel by meeting with Joshua. He instantly put my mind at ease and it was fun to shop and make choices for our new space. We had Diamond Kitchen and Bath install a small bar area for us and everything was great! Randy Smith was excellent at walking us through the design phase, and handling all the scheduling. Our install was quick and did a great job. One of our doors and he noticed and ordered us a new one without us even having to ask!

Both my house and my daughter's house are using Diamond Kitchen and Bath for new kitchen cabinets. Matt was sent to both of our homes to do all of the measurements. He was friendly, professional, detailed, efficient, and didn't hesitate when asked to add extra measurements (a linen closet for me and a bathroom vanity for my daughter). Everyone we've worked with so far has been great...Chris, Travis, Joshua, but sometimes it's easy to overlook the detail work,. Without accurate measurements, the whole job kinda falls apart. I'm glad they have a guy like Matt making sure the numbers are on point.

Bill B has been amazing to work with during the entire process. Junior was here today to do some minor repairs and he was very professional and courteous. Cornel and Phil were also wonderful to work with during the installation. I’m very impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with from beginning to end and am extremely pleased with my new kitchen cabinets and countertops.

I'm doing my own installation so I had Diamond Kitchen and bath design the layout of my cabinets. The interaction with Bill B was easy and efficient. The cabinets were produced by Kraftmaid ahead of schedule. The delivery arrived today. The delivery guys did get here an hour earlier than scheduled but there was an hour and a half delivery window which is much better than most deliveries so overall not bad. Victor and Ben the delivery guys were very pleasant and placed the boxes neatly at the back of the house as I requested. Overall a very good experience.

We had a great experience with DKB, from Bill in the sales department to Dave doing the installation. Bill was always very prompt to call back if I had questions, and always kept me updated with estimated delivery dates. Very friendly service all around. Dave did an amazing job installing, very neat and precise. My husband is a perfectionist and he is very happy with the work performed by Dave! Would highly recommend diamond kitchen and bath and ask for Dave as your installer, and Bill at the Tatum and thunderbird location! Thanks for everything!!

I can't say enough good about our experience with Diamond Kitchens. We gutted our kitchen and started over, and Josh S. at the Tatum location helped us design and plan the new kitchen, and then answered all questions fairly. The guys who did demo, and the guys who delivered the cabinets were cautious, clean and professional. Ryan G. did a terrific job at installation- again, careful, talked to us about preferences, and he finished ahead of time. The only problem has been delays on countertops and that's because of the crazy supply and worker issues during this pandemic. This is a company with integrity and beautiful work! Thanks Diamond.

Amazing company!! We designed the kitchen of our dreams with Diamond Kitchen & Bath, and we are so happy with the product. Every step of the way was seamless and they took the time to make sure we got every little detail perfect. Randy Smith has assisted us with cabinets for our renovations for several years and he has repeatedly proven to be reliable and ready to assist with any aspect that may arise. I have been remodeling my own homes for decades. I used to purchase my cabinets through one of the big box stores. The last time I did this I was sorely disappointed in what was delivered and I sent them back. I then started searching for a custom cabinet maker thinking that was my only option. I went to Rockler woodworking and asked for a referral. They told me they were not allowed to make recommendations.

As I drove away from Rockler I saw Diamond Kitchen and Bath so I stopped in. Randy Smith helped me. He quickly designed the kitchen for our guest house and the cabinets, with all the same upgrades, and the counters were less than the cabinets alone from the big box store.

When it came time to remodel the kitchen in the main house we went straight to Randy. Again the service was excellent. When it came time to install the cabinets the delivery guys were great. They carefully unpacked each cabinet and inspected them. There were a couple of small damage issues and they were right on it and the replacement parts were promptly ordered at no extra expense to us. The actual installation was beyond anything I expected. The installer was a true craftsman, he cared about what he did and he took pride in his work. I can't tell you how rare that is these days, I actually called Randy to praise the installer.

I was totally please with the first job that Diamond Kitchen and Bath did for us but this second, much larger job, has surpassed all my expectations.

Mike Johnson was a wonderful salesperson. He provided me with important information and made helpful suggestions as needed when it came to designing my new kitchen. He has been in the business for many years which added to the very comfortable experience I had. The delivery and installation teams were flexible working with us on the delivery and installation process. During the installation, he even corrected some existing cabinets that were installed incorrectly!

What a fabulous company. They do everything they promise and more. Joey just came out to add a trim kit and adjusted doors a year after installation and he did a beautiful job. I will highly recommend this company. The salesperson, Bill; the installers, Conrad and others; and everyone involved were all highly skilled professionals.

I have used Diamond for 3 separate projects and have always been happy with the designs, prices and instalation. Although the cabinetry was pre-made it required a lot if customization for the designs I wanted and it always turns out beautiful! Colton did my last install and went the extra mile making sure the little details were exactly how I wanted them!

We had put in our order for multiple room cabinets and unfortunately had a problem with the house so had to make a move. Diamond K&B understood and immediately canceled our order at the factory and returned our payments. How great is that - I recommend them very highly.

Working with Randy Smith at Diamond Kitchen and Bath was wonderful! He is very professional and yet easy going, making the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Diamond and Randy due to their selection and quality, and complete process. Our cabinets were expertly installed and look beautiful!

I used to work in kitchen design at the Home Depot. I knew that it was going to probably cost us $30,000 or more for new kitchen cabinets and countertops in our house. That pretty much would obligate us to finance it. I'm also in real estate and I have listed and sold clients homes that really needed a new kitchen in order for them to get highest and best return on selling their home. I had heard about diamond kitchen and bath so I referred a client there. They absolutely did the most amazing job on replacing their kitchen cabinets and countertops and my client did in fact list and sell their home with me and got highest and best. So we are now at a point of really wanting to probably needing to replace our kitchen cabinets and we do want quartz countertops. I spoke with Randy at the Thunderbird and Tatum location. Randy thinks that we can do the entire thing for under $20,000. He actually said about $15,000 but I have a feeling that I would be adding some things like crown molding, a light rail, soft closing so I am adding a little extra to what he said. I am super excited because this is potentially within our cash budget. I have seen their work and I can honestly say that they have done an outstanding job and I am certain that we will go with diamond kitchen and bath. I have also seen Home depot's work and it is also good but really expensive and I'm not quite sure that I can recommend why someone would choose to spend more. On a separate note we did also receive a quote from the Home Depot to replace all of our windows. The quote was $9,000. Another real estate agent was telling me that they replaced all of their windows with a company called window World. I contacted window World and they replaced all of our windows with the same quality that Home Depot quoted and out the door it cost us $5,500. Sometimes dealing with the smaller family owned companies that have been around a long time makes a whole lot more sense than dealing with a big huge box store. Just saying.

George and Martin were fantastic in delivering our cabinets, unloading and placing. Very professional and friendly. Arrived on time, got right to work checking inventory and unpacking. So far our experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath has been great. Install is scheduled for tomorrow…

We ripped out our kitchen to the studs/drywall. Not only did DKB have affordable cabinetry in the style we wanted, but the quality of the cabinetry surpassed by far what Lowe's or Home Depot proffered AND it was less expensive INSTALLED! Randy Smith managed to accommodate ALL my custom requests and Regis was THE master installer - the whole kitchen in two days by himself - superior craftsmanship! This was 2015 and people are still so impressed with my custom kitchen! DKB is the best!

Oh boy! We ordered and signed our contract for new kitchen cabinets and granite in March 2021 after giving him several thousand dollars for deposit. We were told by our sales rep, Mike Johnson at the Tatum/Thunderbird location that it would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. Contacted Mike at end of May and he informed us the cabinets were never ordered due to his mistake not charging us the right amount for the deposit. We had removed everything out of our kitchen including all the tile on the floor. We asked if he could rush due to his error. The next thing I heard was delivery would be Oct 19th!!! (We paid and ordered in March). The cabinets did come but when they are delivered you have pay in full or they won’t leave. However we have missing drawers, molding etc. I have been unsuccessful in finding out when we will get the missing items. I would never recommend Diamond Kitchen.

I did my kitchen and master bath in August and came back in February 2020 to finish my 2nd bathroom. So smooth, the ordering process is simple and easy, tear and installation is professional and well done. I am overjoyed with all the work done and highly recommend this company.

Very happy customer. I worked w Mike in the showroom at Thunderbird and Tatum - he fully explained the process with me. Their selection is very good, my options were many, but Mike helped me narrow it down. Cabinets took 6 weeks from order to install - the guys that came to tear out my old kitchen were prompt and friendly, and very clean given the work they needed to do. Dave did the installation which took 2 days and it's perfect. The whole process was extremely smooth, professional and courteous and the price was what I expected. Highly recommend using this company.

We have worked with Randy Smith during our kitchen remodel. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us design our new kitchen. Our cabinets were delivered the exact day Randy said they would be here. We are pleased with the quality of the cabinets even though there are a few doors that need to be replaced. Someone from Diamond was here the last day of installation to inspect the cabinets. We also had great installers who knew exactly what needed to be done. 100% recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath if you are looking for kitchen cabinets. Great service, great product, great price. Cabinet install is done in-house by pros, not contracted out like you get with the big box stores. Go see Josh at the Tatum location showroom and he will take great care of you like he did us. We are extremely satisfied and will use Diamond again for future work.

Cameron did the install and was extremely helpful with my needs and was very professional. Each of the days set up (one day demo and drop off) next day Install, following day countertop measure was EXACTLY how they said it would be and they called the week prior to go over timelines. Excellent company to work with from start to finish and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We loved our experience working with the staff & installers at Diamond Kitchen & Bath. Our kitchen was considered semi custom, but looks custom and like it is out of the pages of a magazine. It is beautiful. We enjoyed the thoroughness, attention to detail and follow up they provided. Our installers, Jed, JR., & Cameron were very professional and they left our house each day cleaner than the day before. I would highly recommend this company for your kitchen and bath remodeling needs.

From the first time I walked into the store and throughout the entire “remodel “ I was impressed with Randy’s customer service and professionalism. He was very helpful, listened to all my thoughts and comments and was able to direct me in the direction I needed to go within my budget. When trying to figure out how we wanted to redo our kitchen/bathroom my husband and I had no clue where to go or where to start. There are just so many design studios that make it confusing. Luckily we walked into Diamond Kitchen and Cabinet and Josh was there to rescue us. We had been to two other places before and had such an awful experience we almost gave up, but were am so glad we found Josh. because he and the entire team at Diamond Kitchen and Cabinet were outstanding. They took care of everything and I mean everything. All we had to do was give him some simple measurements from our existing kitchen, and pick out a style we liked. From there, Josh had renderings of what our kitchen could look like within a day or so. AND, they didn't charge a design fee. Josh also helped pick cabinet types that make your kitchen more functional, like roll outs and drawers that open a certain way.They really do it all! Anytime we needed anything Josh was there to respond ASAP. He went above and beyond from the moment we met. If you ever need to redo your bathroom and kitchen diamond kitchen and cabinet is the place to go and Josh is the man to see!

Best cabinet shop in town! The salesperson, Bill Bahling, was extremely knowledgeable and worked with our ideas and budget for the kitchen island that we are putting in.
Bill pulled up our exact ideas on his computer modeling software and showed us different variations and cabinet / drawers to lay out combinations.

Working with Randy Smith on our kitchen and master bath was a genuine pleasure. He has an amazing depth of knowledge and experience. We especially liked that he could translate our rough descriptions and drawings into something meaningful that we could see clearly. I also want to mention the great installation job Leroy did. Not only is he skilled but also very meticulous about his workmanship. It was a large installation that took a week but he always cleaned up at the end of day. When he started, there were empty spaces and no trash. When he left, there were beautiful cabinets and no trash. BTW, Home Depot was one of three options we were considering and the rep we were working with recommended finding our own installers.

Finally, the out the door price was not the lowest but the quality of Diamond’s products and the service made us feel comfortable that we were making the right decision. Now that everything is complete and we are enjoying our new kitchen and master bathroom, that feeling has not changed.

I ordered kitchen cabinets through Alex Jackson at Diamond and what an amazing experience this has been. Alex has been very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. The coordination of delivery and install was very accommodating to my schedule, even when I had to change it on them! I would highly recommend Diamond and plan to use them again when I re-do my bathrooms! We also had the privilege of working with Kenny J a bit on this project he has also been very professional with each interaction.

My cabinets are AMAZING!! Staff in the store were friendly and knowledgeable. Installation had structural challenges which were met precisely. Kevin Mantooth was professional and efficient. We just had new kitchen cabinets installed by Mike Miller, and he did a phenomenal job! Amazing attention to detail - he even made the extra effort to add some additional base trim to ensure that we didn't have to have some floor tiles replaced. Also, a very nice guy. Our experience with Diamond has been great overall - very organized and efficient, and very affordable.

We are about halfway through our kitchen remodel using Diamond…cabinets are in as of today. Our installer, Colton, did an excellent job! He was professional, careful, precise and had such great attention to detail. The cabinets are well made and really look great. Can’t wait for countertops and the final product!

My wife and I bought a house that had not been remodeled since the early 70's so a full remodel was in our future. We shopped around and decided to go with diamond. Nick was our salesman and he was awesome! Very easy to work with and really helped us along the way. Even after the sale. Jedd was our install guy and I literally think he is Ron Swanson's son. I have no doubt he could build a kitchen from scratch. There were a few snags, as with any home remodel, but Nick always resolved the issue immediately without any hassle. People that have seen our kitchen 15 times still comment how incredible it is. Two thumbs up!

My wife and I were unable to pull out our dishwasher and our cooktop romex was trapped behind the dishwasher. Jedd was solution oriented and fixed our issue in minutes. To top it off, he fixed a leak underneath the sink as well while providing feedback on what he was doing and why he was doing it.

I worked with Alex Jackson and I couldn't say enough great things about my experience with him. He was always so kind, and was happy to walk through options with me and when I was in a rush to place an order he stayed late just to ensure the order got in that night, so I could have it by a specific date. Every time I called in or emailed to check on the item he was always so kind to keep me updated on when it would be available without hesitation (some companies may react annoyed to give updates-but definitely wasn't the case at this company). I'll say everyone I have spoken to at Diamond Kitchen and Bath have all been very nice so I'm so glad to now be working with Alex as well. The item ended up arriving even earlier than expected to top it all off, so I was very pleased!! I definitely recommend them!

We finally completed our renovation of the kitchen in our 44 y.o. home. And in one word...Fabulous. The cabinet design, granite counter match, colors, textures...everything has been done just the way we had hoped. However, the main reason for this success story is due to our Saleperson, Alex Jackson, at Diamond Kitchen and Bath on Thunderbird and Tatum.

Without his guidance, patience and continued support, we would never have completed the kitchen we envisioned, but were not experienced enough to know how to achieve. I wanted to remodel my kitchen and my sister saw the ad from Diamond Kitchen and Bath. I really enjoyed working with Randy. He came to my house that day and did all the measuring. I needed cabinets that would work for me and Randy made suggestions on how to make them work for me. I love my cabinets and countertops. There are a few adjustments that still need to be made so I cant give it 5 stars but nothing major. I would not hesitate to have them do my bathrooms when the time comes.

Ordered cabinets 3 months ago and they arrived with an incorrect drawer. We ordered a replacement (6weeks to arrive). When the replacement arrived we discovered it was incorrect. Another 6 weeks and we discover the replacement for the replacement is wrong. Randy will not accept responsibility for the costs involved. My homeowner wants reimbursement for their out of pocket costs. Randy denies any liability. 3 INCORRECT DRAWER ORDERS is proof of incompetence. Randy’s refusal to compensate is proof of dishonesty

I was in the market for new countertops and cabinets in mid 2016. My mother and I went to Diamond Kitchen and Bath on Thunderbird. Logan Peterson helped us through explaining the different kinds of countertops and cabinets that they offered. I came in to the store with little to no experience or understanding of those products but Logan imparted his knowledge in an understandable and professional way. I felt that I could make an informed decision based on his advising. He was extremely helpful to me and felt very supported and not pressured. This was highly comforting given the amount of money to be invested. Highly recommend if you come in to see him.

We worked with Randy and he did a phenomenal job - responded to our emails within minutes, walked us through every option and could not have been more helpful... Diamond has every option most people will need and at an extremely reasonable price - had I know about them prior I would have done my cabinets years ago!

We had a bad experience in the store with a salesman when designing a bathroom remodel, so why 5 stars? Because how management reached out and resolved was top notch. I had used Diamond Kitchen and Baths in the past, and referred them to others, so was glad to have the experience turned around into a positive. Great selection, better prices! Don't believe the hype that the big box stores get the best price because of size or volume. Shop local!
