Great staff that is always on time, I've had other house cleaners show up late or say they're not available at all many times in the past. They do a thorough job and have great customer service.

Elizabeth and Premium Custodian Services has been the best cleaning service we have ever had. We have been through several of them but they are hands down the best. Their service is top notch and their cleaning is even better. They show pictures and communicate very well on anything that needs to be addressed. We are 100% happy with them and will never switch! Best around for sure!

Worst service ever. Please look elsewhere.
I gave them a year of chances without complaining to my property management, The manager was nice and always sent a supervisor out to fix all her techs issues but never did nothing about the problem and The next week it would be the same problem all over again . The problem was all the techs are lazy we’re already halfway through the summer and my kids rarely got to swim because of their laziness. I hired another company for one week so they can test Chemicals right after pool man left and literally had zero chemicals in the pool and that was right after pool they left.
