Best Install AC in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Ryan and Edson did a great job replacing our tired shower with a sparkling new Jacuzzi one. Always pleasant, attentive, and responsive they were a pleasure to work with. Now it looks like we have a piece of a 5-star hotel in our bathroom. I cannot recommend these two highly enough. Thank you guys

We had a new shower installed In October and it is a beauty. We also had a new floor installed. I complained about the job due to gaps along side the closet, toilet, and a wall adjacent to the toilet I also feel that your subcontractor or contractor did not take up all the tile underneath the flooring that he put it over that tile and therefore is uneven. He came back and mixed a colored grouting and asked if I could live with that and I said yes but in all honestly, I am not happy with the floor.

Ethan was was very professional and did a great job installing the bathtub. It only took two days to complete the job and he cleaned up everything after installation. I’m really pleased with their whole process from quoting to installation. They have a chat group where you can ask questions and get updates from them which was really nice because you knew exactly what to expect.

Was quite surprised when Greg showed up at door, and giving me a quote for a ŵalk in rub that I could not pass up. He started right away and his employees were very knowledgeable. I would recommend him as my wife and I were very happy..I had a small problem with the pests under the old tub in bathroom and he came out and took care of it.He is a good man and nice to due ɓussñess with!

We just had our bathroom slightly remodeled by AZ Bathmasters. We moved the shower to where the bathtub was, and where the shower was, we had them change to a closet. Bathmasters came out within two days of us making the initial phone call. We also got quotes from three different companies aside from bathmasters.

I can't say enough about the service we got from AZ bathmasters! There were quite a few things that my wife were unsure of as far as color, style, etc, and we told bathmasters to just use their best judgement. Looking at the finished product, there is not a single thing my wife or I would change! The service we got from them was amazing, great communication throughout the project, and even though we did not specify, they used very high quality hardware and materials. I have no hesitation in giving bathmasters 5 stars and recommending them!!

They went beyond our expectations, from the design process to the completion of the job. Always on time for work schedule, left my home clean after each work day. Ralph Campa, our project manager was always available for any concerns. Calls were returned with in minutes. We will use them again for our next project!!

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I'm very happy with my shower remodel!! I would highly recommend this company.

We had our master bathroom and hallway bathroom redone recently we are very happy how everything went since the first day with design consultant JR Crider was very patient and attentive he was very helpful. Also Sam Snedecor who did the remodel was great at keeping us informed as things progressed, he did a fantastic job he was dedicated and any questions that we had was answer, he always wanted to make sure we were happy with the work he was doing, overall we love our new bathrooms. The drywall expert, Colin, was professional and thorough; he repaired >20 areas where a different contractor had made cuts to install ceiling LED lights and dimmers.
