Best In Home Consultation in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. Great experience from the first sales call until the end of installation of my shower.

My husband and I recently completed a home remodel through Phoenix Home Remodeling that included replacement of the living room floor, new kitchen, laundry room and master bath. They were recommended to us through a blog that services my daughter’s neighborhood in Gilbert. We did do our due diligence and got 4 estimates but ultimately chose Phoenix Home Remodeling. We found the company to be reputable with clear and honest communication throughout the process. They updated us with any changes to the original plan/pricing and finished the project within their estimated timeframe. Most importantly, they were sensitive to our concerns about the safety of our home and were respectful of the condition of our home. We would most definitely use them again for another home remodeling project.

Mario came out to repair a leak that had been festering for months. Mario was a true professional, he listened to my problem and promptly analyses it to figure out the source of the leak. He looked at the drain and determined that wasn’t the issue. Unfortunately he had to take out a cabinet wall to get to the piping leading to the fixtures. He walked me thru the process and was able to get the the piping. Unfortunately he didn’t had the right part. He drove back to the main office and came back within a hour to complete the job, He was a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job!!!

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

The guy described things a lot more than others did. The pricing was maybe a little higher but it wasn't out of the realm and the thing I liked the most about them was their lifetime warranty. Highly satisfied.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

I am writing this review to warn others about Holtzman Home Improvement.
Project scope: Remodel of master bathroom, replacement of toilet and medicine cabinet in guest bath, new flooring and baseboards with replacement of closet doors in two bedrooms, and removal of window in laundry room.
Start/Completion Date: The contract was signed in May 2020. They were not able to start the project until early August 2020. According to our contract, the completion date was scheduled for mid-September 2020. The final completion date was January 18, 2021.
Quality of work: The quality of work is excellent. All of the workers did a great job.
Selection of materials: Grace did a wonderful job helping us pick out the materials to complete our job. She was responsive to emails and calls.
Communication: Holtzman Home Improvement uses a customer portal to view your bill, look at and confirm your material selections, make payments, and view the calendar to see when work is supposed to take place at your home. There were numerous days when workers were scheduled to come to the house and no one showed up. There were no phone calls or texts to let me know they were not coming or when they might be rescheduled for.
Salesperson: Our salesperson, Lee, was great. He came to our home and put on a presentation of what our bathroom would look like after the remodel. He was very charismatic and definitely sold us on using this company.
Project manager: Our project manager was Daniel. He was here the very first day that work began for demolition. After that, he only came to the house after I requested that he make a visit. He never showed up to just check on the work and make sure it was coming along well. At the end of the project, there was no final walk-thru scheduled. I tried to call Daniel and several times his phone voicemail was full and couldn’t take anymore messages. There were a few small items that we were told would be taken care of and they were not.
The owner: The owner is difficult at best. There were numerous times that we wanted to fire this company and at one point almost did.
Overall: Holtzman Home Improvement is not a company I would recommend. I would have liked to have had more communication about what was going on and when workers would be coming to the house. The work that was completed was done well, but there were many problems with the cabinets, both with ordering and with production, which is why our job took so long to complete.

We had our kitchen renovated. Sales staff steered us in the right direction for best values, project leader & team were reliable and quality of work was excellent. Very pleased with the results.

We hired Better Bath, and could not have been happier with our bathrooms. Everything was handled in a very professional manner. Workers were on time, courteous and efficient. Communication with Mike was top-notch. The results were beyond my expectations. These are true craftsmen. Highly recommended!

I currently work for Ben and finally found an employer that isn’t afraid or to good to bust his butt day in day out on the whole project with his employees! He is very meticulous, knowledgeable, and extremely accurate in all of his projects. He is the definition of a caring boss and professional businessman!... We did an entire interior remodel on including all new tile floors, new kitchen, three bathroom remodels and entire home interior painting. The final project turned out far better than we even imagined. Jeff and Andrew were always responsive and had great design ideas. Construction quality was outstanding. I would highly recommend this firm.

I love my new windows, the installers are very professional and courteous, very cautious to clean up after themselves it was an all-around great experience.
