We hired Bills Pest Control Based on their positive Reviews. We elected to have a second inspection done by another company because we were not satisfied with the customer service and the progress of the treatment in which we discovered many errors which were done by Bills Pest Control. The chemical they used were sprayed on our couch cushions, couch pillows, ottoman as they were wet after I had come into the home after the allotted time to wait till after things dried, it was recommended to wait 90 minutes, I opted for 2 hours. Discovered from the second inspection this is illegal to spray chemical directly on surfaces where skin will come into contact with surfaces. Customer service kept giving us the run around and finally did not return my last phone call. Beg Bug activity increased. The technician paused very long when I asked if we had gotten the right encasement's for the bed and after a couple minutes said “yup” these will work. During the second inspection from another company we found out they were the wrong type and the technician from Bills Pest should have known this and explained the differences to me and re-scheduled our appointment. The Technician who treated our home said that the bugs should be start dying in 2 to 3 weeks and I was shocked, and he came back and said I didn’t mean to alarm you and they should die off in 2 to 3 days. Activity was increasing so I kept calling customer service back and asking about the treatment and the increased activity of bed bugs, they kept telling us that the eggs need to hatch and walking through the residue in order to get coated with the chemical and yet it takes 2 to 3 weeks for them to die after getting the chemical on them and in the meantime they can bite us and reproduce. Second inspection found eggs not even close to where the technician sprayed; outlets had no evidence of being treated in the master bedroom. Our aftercare treatment program we were not allowed to vacuum, as the technician preferred that we did not vacuum at all, but we had to daily put our sheets and blanket in the dryer for at least 30 minutes, then wash them and dry them again, it was exhausting. We were constantly being awaken at night being bitten and only to be picking bugs out of my hair and bed to clean it out so we can sleep somewhat. My husband eventually had to move to another part of the house as he couldn’t sleep anymore.Our prep work was a joke compared to the other company we hired. I had asked if we need to launder our clothes and bag them up. Bills Pest said we did not need to do that as the bugs are not interested in our clothes and closet and want to be wherever you are. The chemical that Bills Pest use does not kill eggs at all. The other companies products do kill the eggs.My husband canceled our follow-up appoint on the Saturday before our follow-up appointment and left a message for them to call us back as we were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the horrible services we were provided by Bills Pest Control. They did call my husband back, but it was the horrible customer service lady yet again, all she did was repeatedly apologize and wanted to try and make it right by sending someone out for another treatment. For what the same thing we just already endured for 2 miserable weeks with a growing population of bed bugs? They did not even offer a refund or anything else other than a second treatment. They are uninformed, un-educated about bed bugs and you will get bitten by Bills Pest Control. There is only one way for Bills Pest Control to make this right for us.1 Star only for showing up on time for the original treatment date.

They are wonderful! After we started using them we stopped seeing scorpions, spiders well everything that come with the wonderful Arizona Nature I would recommend them to anyone and have to my friends who now use them!

Enrique came over to spray for scorpions and he was fantastic! He was able to come over on a Saturday and was so nice and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what we could expect moving forward. He answered all of our questions which were a lot! And he was very accommodating with our dog and messy house. We will be using this company for a long time. Thanks Enrique!!

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

Zach showed up on time, explained the entire process and moved and treated necessary furniture and clothing. It was a 3 hour process. Yes, it does get very hot, well above 150’ in the room they are treating.

Excellent services for our normal pests, and quick response when we had a rattlesnake all at a very fair price.

Tonight is the first night in a week that I will be able to sleep peacefully thanks to Dorie and Caleb at AZEX Pest Solutions! I called so many different pest control places to get rid of the cricket that had been chirping every single night this week. My prayers were answered when I spoke with Dorie - she felt my pain, and then Caleb arrived and that mofo cricket came crawling out covered with white dust. Boom. Done. Caleb went above and beyond by sealing the holes and also leaving insect traps! All the other places I called said it would be a week, wanted more money and refused to seal up the holes. Albert Ebanks arrived on time & did a great job. He went above & beyond by immediately sending us pictures and calling us to discuss the source of our ant infestation & the particular work he did to control them.
Tyler Norris worked long and hard, doing an excellent job, for our 1st termite control service. He was timely and professional. He had to drill, dig, apply the product and clean up to boot - he deserves high praise!

I've used atomic for 2 years and have been very happy with the service. Regular treatment works great and they also removed a bee hive under my deck.

Absolutely terrible service. Lady who answered my call wrote my address wrong and then blamed me for not being home during the service call. She said she would have management call me, never did. Today I call to confirm the appointment and she hung up on me (presumably by mistake). When I called back she argued with me that she did not hang up with me. Then had the audacity to tell me she worked here for 11 years and gives great customer service. I would run screaming in the other direction rather than employ this company's services.
