He really listened to what we were looking for. Last week, his team removed 865 SF of carpet and replaced with vinyl flooring in our new dining room, as well as our kids play area. My experience with MicMar wasn't as good. Started to plan my floor project and demo with them a few months ago. Spent a lot of time and many trips to their office for picking up samples to get the exact floor that we wanted and finally a few months later we were ready to get started. In the meantime we went thru 2 floor estimators (the first one was let go and the 2nd one left the company for medical reasons) and the 3rd estimator was about to cash in on all the hard work that was done by the previous estimator until I was told that he will do me a favor and honor the price that I was giving on the floor a few months ago because the material prices went up since. So just to be clear with his statement I specifically asked him on what he is referring to. Labor prices? Internal material prices? Manufacturer prices? His response was that they are charging me less for labor and the manufacturer increased the prices on the floors we picked out. The only thing he was not aware of is that I spoke directly to the manufacturer prior and specifically asked the regional representative if they increased any pricing on this specific flooring that we picked. His answer was no. When confronting the situation and flat out calling the estimator out on his lie in a chain of emails and I also had the owner Mike copied on the email. I got an answer from the owner right away to apologize for the misunderstanding and asked me how he can help. When I replied and asked him not to insult me with a misunderstanding statement since everything is in black and white on the email chain and challenge him to explain what I misunderstood. He went silent and received an email days later from another person that work there that she is trying to explain that their buying power is not as much and they're a small shop. According to the regional representative they did not increase any prices so I'm not sure where that is coming from.
Bottom line is if you want to get your floors or any demolition done by an honest company that don't lie to try to make a sale look elsewhere. I will NOT recommend them to any of my friends and family and I hope you do the same.
I do understand that they do have to make a profit but try to be honest and don't lie to your customers that are spending a lot of money. Also if they just admit to the lie since everything was documented in an email chain maybe I would have gave them another chance.

The gentleman came out on a Thursday to measure and on Saturday I had a new kitchen floor. Q did a excellent job with his helper. They moved appliances and clean everything up and a few hours later my kitchen floor was perfect. Would highly recommend express.

This is an odd review because I was not able to have a flooring done by Epoxy Werx. This is a review to speek to the nobility and professionalism of Epoxy Werx

I had set up an appointment with a different flooring company 2 days before my scheduled appointment that company ghosted me so I call Werx.

I set an appointment with Werx got everything scheduled. After all of that was done my original company called me back after 2 weeks of being MIA.
During that time I had tried to contact them several times. Anyway

Unfortunately they were able to work in the time fame that I needed. No fault to Werx at all, my scheduled just too far behind.

So I called Werx to cancel what they had set up for me. All I can say is what a great company, even though I had to cancel with them, the experience was great, no shaming, no threatening, just a sorry I hope we can work again together later. Realy it was refreshing.

Not a normal review but I will happily take future business to them.

After I thoroughly reviewed the background, state license/bonding status and BBB status of AAA Hardwood Floors, we engaged this company to provide us with an estimate for the installation of 500sf of 6 1/2 wide, 1/2-inch thick, hand-distressed hardwood flooring for our first floor family room. This was a competitive bid process and we set an appointment for the owner, Ken, to come to our home to provide an estimate and to provide samples. Ken arrived exactly on time and was very thorough in the process of measuring, analyzing our situation and making some suggestions about finishing touches. Ken took the time to discuss their product line and the processes used in the manufacture of the hardwood we chose. Ken was very professional and focused, yet was appropriately friendly and pleasant.

Since we had already received a few other competitive bids, we knew exactly where the AAA Hardwood Flooring estimate and bid needed to come in. After a short discussion we arrived at a very attractive competitive offer/acceptance and I provided Ken with a deposit. We scheduled the installation for a date that was convenient for us, since my wife and I both work and travel. There was a follow-up call and reminder of the installation date. The contract package included moving the furniture out of / back into the room, removal of our old carpet/pad, removal of tack strips, cleanup and prep of the cement floor, preparation of the molding, installation of the adhesive, installation of the hardwood, a seamless interface of the hardwood to the mosaic thresholds (3), installation of needed grout, removal of the old carpet and end-of-job clean up.

On the scheduled date for the installation, the three-man team arrived on time and as expected. The installation team worked quickly to place plastic sheeting covering all doorways, the pass-through window and they covered all items remaining in the room that could not be removed (wall-mounted TV, pictures, etc.). Once preparation was completed, the team worked non-stop (except for a short lunch break) doing prep work, then installing the hardwood planks. We have three mosaic thresholds and the team leader did an excellent job of seamlessly interfacing the hardwood to the mosaic tiles, then he installed the grout for a perfect transition for all three thresholds. Cleanup was as efficient and thorough as expected. The entire process started at 09:00 and ended at 17:30 the same day. Overall from the first point of contact with AAA Hardwood Floors all the way through to post-installation follow-up, all aspects of the job were done on-time, on-budget and actually exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend AAA-Hardwood Flooring for a similar installation. We are very pleased.

UPDATE - June 10, 2020. Robert from Smart Systems Plus responded to my review and scheduled time to come out and look at the cabinets. He immediately scheduled the repairs and completed them per the schedule we discussed. He gave me his direct line and all is fixed and he promised quality service moving forward. MUCH APPRECIATED Robert.I purchased garage cabinets in July of 2018 and was very happy when they installed my cabinets. On October 18th I notified them that the laminate was peeling off on 3 of the doors. After multiple emails and voicemails they finally fixed the doors in January 2019. UNACCEPTABLE Then on April 13th of 2020 I noticed another door peeling back. Sent an email on that day and now it is May 26th and after multiple voicemails and emails still no response. On my last 3 voicemails and emails I told them I would regret writing reviews but still no response. This company obviously only cares about future customers, not customers that need support. I would recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
