Best Design Bathroom Remodel in Phoenix AZ

After scouring online for bath remodelers, I selected 3 candidates, and Allure was the winner. The owner, John, came out promptly, told me my current bath was beautiful (but I wanted to replace tub with tiled walk in shower), and gave me a competitive proposal. Working with Allure's crew (Noah and Ramon deserve special mention) was easy and their workmanship met my expectations. John is a man of integrity, knowledgeable about his trade, and easy to work with. If I wanted to remodel another bath, I'd hire Allure again.

They came to my house. I paid for the project/product. They called and made an install date and time. They called me the next day and canceled the job. They won't answer their office phone. Still trying to get my refund.

I have worked with lots of contractors and these guys impressed me with their clear comunication, how clean they keep the work areas and how much they care about their customers..highly recommend them.

Steven and Cory took their time and paid attention to detail. Very communicative and honest. They’ve fulfilled all my remodeling needs and included me in the process. Appreciate their business and hardwork. You can tell they love what they do and it shows.

Installed a new shower in the master bathroom. The installers Wayne & Andrew did a great job. They were very, efficient, and keep there work space cleaned at all times. Both worked non- stop until finished. We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

We hired Mike Abbate and his crew for a major home improvement: 2 bathrooms, tile floor throughout home, tile walked kitchen, knock down walls and ceilings, enlarged kitchen window and more. The beautiful work was completed on-time. We can’t thank him and his crew enough for his talent, creativity and his professionalism!

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. Lots of problems, did nt install medicene cabinet properly because they would nt move stink pipe, electrician spent hours more than expected to figure out wiring, two return visits to repair leak from bathtub that stained kitchen ceiling I had to to repaint, my fault paying way too much $$ for what we got!

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !
