Best Design Bathroom Remodel in Phoenix AZ

I have worked with lots of contractors and these guys impressed me with their clear comunication, how clean they keep the work areas and how much they care about their customers..highly recommend them.

I experienced Pros & Cons:
Pros: Sales guy was nice, worked with me on different options and so did Melanie in the office. She was super responsive and flexible, so the front end of the job went well. And the execution was done with professionalism and quality workmanship. We are pleased with final product.
Cons: The scheduling was frustrating and the online portal was not always up to date. What was quoted as a 1-2 day job took 1.5 weeks. We did not always receive accurate or timely updates on when the next guy was coming (plumbing, electric, counter, drywall, etc). When I voiced my concerns to Jeff the schedule guy stating that he wasn't managing my expectations well, he shared that it wasn't his job to manage my expectations. That was disappointing. I escalated to the service manager who did not get back to me during the process, however after the job was complete I got a call from the owner who listened to my concerns and apologized for not setting/managing my expectations.
Bottom line: At times a frustrating experience, but quality end result.

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. I just love my kitchen everyday (still pinching myself after 2 years) and get nothing but compliments from everyone that comes over. I recommend Steve and his folks at Homework Remodels.

We needed a small bathtub removed and large walk in shower installed. Heath, a Senior Design Consultant came to our home and explained all of the available options. He was polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained the process. He explained that due to supply and demand their installations were happening in 6-8 weeks. Heath was able to arrange it so we could have an installation in 3-4 weeks. They came through and our installation occurred 2 week after signing the order. The installers, Max S. and Pablo A. arrived right on time, were professional, courteous, kept communication open, and did an outstanding job on the installation. They were neat and left the area thoroughly cleaned. We will definitely hire again for future remodeling needs.

I couldn't disagree more with Anthony. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. They have done about ten different jobs for me over the years, at two different homes, and I was always impressed with the results. These guys are Pros!

After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.

Dreams do come true! My wife and I bought our house in north Phoenix almost 2 years ago and have wanted to replace the original 1994 kitchen ever since. After talking with a few contractors, we met with Bobby of Atelier 507 and immediately had a positive feeling about what could be accomplished. He came back quickly with a presentation that clearly fulfilled my vision for our new kitchen, and his cost estimate was right where we wanted to be. Our new kitchen included all new cabinetry, granite countertop, tile backsplash, a custom island 3x the size of the old one, plumbing and installation of lots of new lighting. I could go on and on about what a great job his crew did, but what impressed me the most was Bobby’s constant follow-up and communication. He also had wise input regarding some of my initial ideas, and I’m glad I took his advice. These guys were great! Very friendly, responsive and QUALITY work! They installed an gigantic LED Mirror for me and upgraded other bathroom lighting. They also turned my ugly boring entryway wall into an amazing board and batten wall... I love it, would re-hire in a HEARTBEAT!

Derek is great! His pricing is fair and very competitive. He started and completed the job when he said he would. I had steel rails installed in two nathrooms for my senior mother over 4 years ago, and they are still in perfect condition. He also installed can lighting throughout my home. I always recommend Derek because of his professionalism and transparency when quoting services.

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

The make over of my bathroom came out perfect! Larry was very friendly and happy to help put my dream bathroom into reality! The shower is like a dream! The new flooring and walls flow together with th backsplash! Definitely would recommend to a friend!

The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. Our result is exceptional.

Mike and Tag came and installed a complete new shower in master bath which previously only had a tub!They were very courteous and did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath !! If you live in Idaho I hope you have Mike and Tag as your servicemen!
