Best Bathtub Design in Phoenix AZ

John provided us with personal service throughout the entire process. We are delighted with the results of our master bath remodel. So happy, we rehired the team to remodel another bathroom in our home! We highly recommend Allure for anyone performing remodel work. You won’t be disappointed!

Started very well. I knew I was paying premium prices but was assured there was a lifetime guarantee and even scheduled maintenance. Well. I did the demolition and removed the fiberglass tub/shower surround and most of the drywall needed to be removed. After a few reschedules based on my needs and an injury to one of their installers, the guys showed up. Things seemed OK. They use spray foam insulation to fill behind things and were nice enough to add a piece of insulation I provided. Now the problems. I have given them a month to make good on the damages, but now I am just ignored. The installers used my toilet seat to place their tools. This resulted in the Toto $50-65 seat that was almost brand new being scratched terribly. I was assured this would be replaced with no problem. Well, here I wait. In addition...the grab bars are a different model from Kohler than the shower system. It looks odd and less than premium. The caulking job was above average, but I could do better and again...NOT premium. The transition from the shower to my baseboard was pretty sloppily executed--again NOT premium. The installers used my shop vacuum as I told them they could. Problem was the whole bathroom was covered in a fine dust that included the mirrors being cloudy with dust. To add insult--the installers would go to lunch and apparently smoke marijuana. This did not seem to effect their work excessively, but it speaks to unprofessional conduct. My experience started very promisingly but has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can NOT RECOMMEND these folks. I will post this in an effort to warn others and perhaps now they will respond to my simple request of a new toilet seat. (Over $14K of a bill must have just a tiny bit of profit, don't you think?)

Technician was courteous, respectful and on time. Job was done thoroughly and professionally. During the installation other members of his team came in to make sure the job was being done based on their standards. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the entire process.

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.

Aqua therapy tubs renovated two of my bathrooms. It was a large project that took several months to complete. Over this time I got to know Derek and his crew (Dean and Brandon) and grew to trust them. Derek is a honest person who will give you a fair deal and does his best to make sure that you are happy with the job they have done. He cares about his work and about providing the best service possible. I also appreciated that when a few issues came up after the installation they came out right away to fix them. Christina, my designer, worked with me and turn my ideas into reality. The design team and the fixtures that Christina selected certainly added to the class and beauty of the shower.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. They didn't finish and left trash in my yard. Was supposed to return and never did. The person that answered the phone was rude. He wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They have my money and now they don't care. I am going thru chemo and do not feel good and they r making me chase them. It's tiresome that customer service is so bad. Two hrs later Jeff resolved the issue.

That would be a tremendous gift, but Im saying what is a great company an great employees. I never had any dust anywhere the clean up was stupendous and a remodel very well done! I don’t want to say job because in my thinking Brad does his work because he loves his “art of the remodel” ? out Property Brother’s there’s a new sheriff in town an his name is Brad@ Re-Bath. ?

Seamless experience from start to finish!

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. We invite our friends, neighbors and family over just to see our bathrooms now because we love them so much!!! Thank you Planet Remodel for a job WELL DONE! *****

We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

These guys did a great job and cleaned up. I couldn’t have asked for a better shower at a reasonable price.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.
