Highway robbery

They installed a new shower. The attention to what I wanted was evident from the first visit (Christian) to the weekly progress calls and the installation(Brad/Danny). They were on-time, done within the time period promised and left the bathroom immaculate, taking all trash with them. I couldn't be happier with the process and the result

Pablo A and Max S did a thorough and outstanding job installing my new bath/shower surround. They took their time and it looks great! Both were polite and responsible about their work. Left the place clean, and didn't even complain about my dogs barking the entire time (so it seemed).

Just remodel was at the Home Show and I gave him my number for a free in home estimate. He came out in 2 weeks and took measurements and said he would send me an estimate in about 2 weeks. After a month had gone by, I hadn't heard from Don Houghs. (The owner) I left him a few voicemails and heard nothing. 2 months later I received a text message saying he had withdrawn from the bidding process. When I asked why, he said he was too busy to take on my job. After 2 months? Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and speak with me. Just a text. I wouldn't use this company ever again. Very unprofessional....

I loved my experience with Re-Bath, starting with the consultation to the installation to a small warranty repair. The consult was personable and allowed me to see all my choices in person. The install was faster than quoted and with very minimal inconvenience to me. Then I had a small problem which they fixed extremely fast! I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Technician was courteous, respectful and on time. Job was done thoroughly and professionally. During the installation other members of his team came in to make sure the job was being done based on their standards. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the entire process.

Had Sunset Tile and Bath quote us on a remodel of our master bath.We wanted the old shower torn out and replaced with a new shower with a pony wall and glass on top of the pony wall with no shower door.They suggested several different tile options based on what we told them we were looking for and we actually chose several of their recommendations.They also suggested a niche for shampoo,etc and a row of special accent tile.They did an excellent job and their workers were some of the most meticulous workers we have ever had do any work for us.We will definitely use them again if we redo the guest bath.

Aqua Therapy Tubs was a great company to work with. They were very professional and did an amazing job. They were very easy to work with and listened to what we wanted.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

After getting several estimates for our Master Bathroom Remodel and a Wine Bar at our Breakfast Nook, we decided to go with this company. We were initially told the project would take 6-8 weeks. It took 5 Months!! We chose all of our materials that we wanted in September of 2021. The supply chain issue excuse wears thin when the materials were ordered months prior. It took several attempts from the Designer to finalize the estimate and to see if we were on budget. Our Designer quit soon after we picked out all of our items and we were never reassigned a new Designer. We had to pick out a granite slab and paint by ourselves which was not that big of an issue. Our first project Manager was fired and we had another Project Manager assigned to us. He only showed up a few times. It seems the materials we chose were not ordered in a timely manner. They were scrambling to get the items we thought were ordered months prior once they were ready to begin installation. They came out to install the toilet and had a commercial type toilet seat (U shaped with no cover) something that one would see in a bar or restaurant. They re-ordered the toilet seat and the same type one arrived a week later. I ended up going to Home Depot to get the correct toilet seat and cover and installed it myself so we could use the toilet. There were several days and weeks that there were no workers without any calls or emails to say they would not be arriving even though they were on the schedule in the Portal. Everything goes thru the Portal. The schedule can be changed at a moments notice. Any complaining was met with little to no response and it felt we were automatically sent to the back of the line in scheduling for complaining. How petty! They did not order the correct parts for the shower diverter which made our complete walk-in shower inoperable for weeks. Once the parts arrived they weren't able to get the Plumber out to install even after I explained I had back issues and needed to use the walk-in shower to bathe. I ended up hiring a local Plumber to install the part to get the shower working. They took no responsibility for anything. We wanted under cabinet lighting at the Wine Bar, however the Electrician didn't wire it correctly so we 86'd that idea. I ended up getting a wireless re-chargeable light fixture and installed it myself. The icing on the cake was when they sent out a guy to finish the Punch list which included some paint touch up. When he arrived he told me he was color blind and did not paint!!!!!! I notified the Project Manager of this and he said he would come and paint himself. At that point I ended up doing the touch up myself. For the amount of money we spent on this project we are very disappointed on how we were treated. Their lack of Customer Service and them taking no responsibility whatsoever for all of their screw ups and lack of communication lead me to give them two stars. We were also told more than once from their workers that we lived very far from their office. Perhaps they shouldn't of taken this project on. No one wants to hear workers complain that we live too far away. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend them. Do not use them, not worth the headaches.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. Saw their ad on instagram and decided to have them come out and quote me. After speaking with Evan I was really impressed with the product they offered! They had financing available for me with minimal cash down. Absolutely amazed from start to finish with their professionalism.

If your looking for a high pressure sales person who bad mouths the competition and talks very badly about others this is your company. We chose to go with another company for many reasons, they didn’t bad mouth there competitors, the cost was substantially less and overall were a better company. Finally we had to throw the guy out of our home. He insulted my wife by not understanding we were getting many quotes and we made it clear we don’t do business with people like him. If this is how he was trained this company should be ashamed.

We've just completed our home renovations with Steve, Lori and the Sun Country team. We're particularly impressed with Steve's honesty and transparency. His team's done a great job. From the initial planning stages, contractual details, coordination of all of the subs, and final completion. We'd highly recommend Steve Garrett and Sun Country. A job well done. We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. We invite our friends, neighbors and family over just to see our bathrooms now because we love them so much!!! Thank you Planet Remodel for a job WELL DONE! *****

Hard workers

I'm a very satisfied customer. The sales representative Carlos took every initiative explaining the remodel from start to finish. Carlos was quite thorough. The installer named Will was a professional and highly caring individual. He was prompt and the installation seemed impeccable. I recommend this company for anyone looking for a terrific remodel experience. Kudos!

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
