We Purchased 2 showers with Rain Glass doors & 1 Soaker tub. Great product And installation but i had a problem With then sending in the final invoice To close the zero interest on the deal But i got to the right guy & missionDone ?? So i called and wanted toAdd a shower wand like in the 1stShower witb a slide door & Yikes$1850 ADD … So we passed !!This could have been a 5 star reviewIf there was service after the saleI would have been happy to pay $1000Or so But $1850 !! Tell me to BEND OVER !! Seriously !!! $1850 !!

Love the new shower! In and out in one day, what a great experience. Nathan G and Mark H gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on the way and they showed up 15 minutes early! Clean, efficient and the end result was everything I hoped for. I will definitely recommended Dreamstyle again, as well as call them back for my future projects.

Don Hughes is our standard of what we would like to see when hiring a contractor. We hired him to remodel our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replace the floor and fireplace. He is professional, personal, and completed the project on-time. We gave him ideas of what we wanted and what was a priority and he really focused on those items. For example we provided a sample of a floor tile we wanted. When we picked the cabinets later he saw a clash between the two and provided some alternatives and the one he suggested was better than we could have imagined. He spotted details we had not because he enjoys what he does and it shows in his work. I would highly recommend this company.

Our recent shower installation by Rebath was not the same excellent experience as our previous one, 1 year ago.
A couple of months ago, Rebath removed an old jet tub and old shower then installed a new custom, walk-in shower with bench in our master bathroom. They told us it would take 3 days. It took 6 days. Plus, another week because they dropped one of our glass doors during installation and had to order another one. Plus, we had to get them back out 2 more times for a leak in the wall and a shower head that would not stop running. I do give Dale kudos for coming out and fixing everything right and as quickly as he could. We had absolutely not one problem with our first Rebath shower installation, and it took 2.5 days to complete.

Re-bath - the installer was always on time. I believe his name was Chris! He was very clear on what he was doing, did not mess up our home and was very conscientious of delivering on time. He even did some minor additional accessory installations to our job, for which we r very appreciative! Jim and team - listen to our concerns about the glass door for the shower and addressed all our concerns. Thank you so much for listening to your client! It is refreshing to see a ve for that cares for its customers the way you did. Last but not least, your utilization of technology to keep the process moving an on time was fantastic. Great to see the leadership of your company in making the rebuilding of bathrooms a more streamed lined business! Would recommend you to others.

I had my bathroom remodeled a few years back and I used Sunset Tile. I found them online and after speaking to Mark and visiting with him I decided to hire him for the job. He did great work and years later we’re still very happy with everything that was done. Thanks Mark.

I had my tub/shower removed and a large shower installed. It was an unbelievable transformation. My wife was extremely satisfied from the tile floor pan, walls, glass doors, rain shower head, and extras. Can’t say enough of the process from the initial contact at a trade show, no pressure sales pitch, options available, price was amazing, time to install, and most important the crews were professional, personable, and clean. Everyday they left the area spotless. Any issue that arose was immediately addressed and resolved. I would never look anywhere else!

I had two bathrooms redone for the shower and bath tub. Professional work done by contractors. Owner isn’t professional and they don’t keep you in the loop or return calls. Lack of communication amongst the employees. Would not recommend to anyone!

The entire staff has been incredibily professional through our entire remodel process. I want to specifically call out Will Stubblefield. Will joined Holtzman a couple days before our project started. We were so lucky that he was our project manager. His communication was tremendous. He was always very honest with us. Will always had our best interest in mind and worked very hard to ensure our project moved along smoothly. He was always available anytime we had a question. I can't say enough good things about our experience with TWD. We hired them as our contractor for two guest bathroom remodels and a few other things that needed to be fixed in the house as well. I have had some terrible experiences with contractors before so even though I wanted to get the work done, I was extremely nervous about dealing with yet another general contractor. I had some personal recommendations, however, from friends and family who’d had great work done by TWD so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with them to discuss the jobs.

My first contact was with Ron LaBrie, who is the Design Manager at TWD. Ron came to my home to look at the spaces and to get a feeling for what I wanted in terms of design so that he could prepare an estimate. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. He was personable and obviously very knowledgeable about products as well as a design expert. Unlike one of the other companies that I received an estimate from where they gave me a price on the spot, Ron did tell me he would need about a week, and that was fine with me because that showed that he was actually putting effort into the estimate and not just giving me a “blanket quote.” When I got the estimate back, I thought it was very fair, however there were a few places where I wanted to see if we could trim costs a bit. Everything was itemized and Ron was AMAZING at helping me find fantastic alternatives that would still look great while keeping us within our budget.

Once work started on my jobs, Eric Miller was in regular contact with me to let me know exactly what the schedule was and what I could expect at each stage of the project. TWD even has an online portal where you can log in and see the calendar as well as approve any work orders. Speaking of which, the only changes from the original estimate were extra things that I added on after work started. There were no surprises in terms of extra costs. What I was quoted was exactly what it cost. There were a few small delays due to materials issues but that was beyond TWD’s control and Eric went out of his way to make sure everything arrived as quickly as possible and even had some new tile ordered at no additional cost to me because he didn’t think the quality of what the manufacturer sent was up to the high standards you can expect from TWD.

We had drywall, plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical and granite work done and every one of TWD’s guys did beautiful work. The team was here every day on time and cleaned up each day before they left. Again, Eric was fantastic in that he stopped by to personally inspect the work on a regular basis as it was progressing and then again at the end of the job to make sure I was 100% satisfied with all the work that had been completed.

We can’t praise TWD enough. They not only did a beautiful job on our remodeling projects, but they made us feel like we could trust them completely. And we never heard “no.” It was only, “We’ll take care of it!” And they did. We will never need to look any further than TWD for any projects we may need done in the future. They do everything from minor drywall repairs to complete home remodels. No matter how big or small the job, you can be assured that TWD will do it beautifully, on time, and at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend TWD to anyone!
