Best Bathroom Remodeling Product in Phoenix AZ

Started very well. I knew I was paying premium prices but was assured there was a lifetime guarantee and even scheduled maintenance. Well. I did the demolition and removed the fiberglass tub/shower surround and most of the drywall needed to be removed. After a few reschedules based on my needs and an injury to one of their installers, the guys showed up. Things seemed OK. They use spray foam insulation to fill behind things and were nice enough to add a piece of insulation I provided. Now the problems. I have given them a month to make good on the damages, but now I am just ignored. The installers used my toilet seat to place their tools. This resulted in the Toto $50-65 seat that was almost brand new being scratched terribly. I was assured this would be replaced with no problem. Well, here I wait. In addition...the grab bars are a different model from Kohler than the shower system. It looks odd and less than premium. The caulking job was above average, but I could do better and again...NOT premium. The transition from the shower to my baseboard was pretty sloppily executed--again NOT premium. The installers used my shop vacuum as I told them they could. Problem was the whole bathroom was covered in a fine dust that included the mirrors being cloudy with dust. To add insult--the installers would go to lunch and apparently smoke marijuana. This did not seem to effect their work excessively, but it speaks to unprofessional conduct. My experience started very promisingly but has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I can NOT RECOMMEND these folks. I will post this in an effort to warn others and perhaps now they will respond to my simple request of a new toilet seat. (Over $14K of a bill must have just a tiny bit of profit, don't you think?)

We really enjoyed the whole process with Dream style. Vincent was our salesman who came to the house and gave us an estimate and showed us all the available products, very professional. The install went very smooth, it was great that they can come and complete everything in just 1 day. Our installers, Russell & John were on time, professional and you could tell they really cared about the work they were doing.Overall we are very pleased with the work Dreamstyle did with our new walk in shower. My wife is due for a knee replacement so the timing is perfect for her to be able to have an easy shower experience.Thank You Dreamstyle !!!

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. Converted my bathrooms to be handicap accessible

Saw their ad on instagram and decided to have them come out and quote me. After speaking with Evan I was really impressed with the product they offered! They had financing available for me with minimal cash down. Absolutely amazed from start to finish with their professionalism.

This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything

Everything was as designed, on time, and efficient. They did the work and were courteous and very hard-working, a one-man crew. I will use this company again and highly recommend Home Concepts.

Anthony and his team are well organized and excellent communication all through out the project. When the project was completed my home was left better then expected and I have high expectations!

They did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. They are very professional, neat, and very precise when installing. We can't thank them enough!

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Bath. They installed a beautiful walk-in tub, in my Mothers home. From the start, they listened intently and were extremely professional and timely in their services. They walked me through any and all of the kinks and details of the remodel, and were detailed and patient with any answers to questions I had. Their estimate was right on and the time frame they gave me was honest and actually faster than I had thought this kind of remodel would take.. I have no complaints or reservations at all. I highly recommend Dream Bath for remodel or handywork needs without a doubt.

My wife and I just finished a repair and renovation at our house in Mesa, and we are very happy with how Sam's team at pelleco managed the project and its quality. One of the biggest worries we had is safety of leaving the house open to random folks to come work during the day while we were in the office. Dale, Terone, and his team were great to work with. I did a full kitchen remodel, removed structural beams, new HVAC, cabinets, appliances, flooring, etc, and very pleased with how it turned out! Dale was very patient with some of the delays that were not his fault, and never grew frustrated with the process or some of the issues we ran into during the remodel process. He’s honest, fair, and can handle any of your remodel needs! Highly recommend and can get the job done!

The transformation was amazing! From (yawn) builder's model aging cabinets, counters, bath and floors to modern WOW! We felt like we had moved to a new home! The staff were courteous, helpful and patient. They took our general thoughts about what we wanted and helped us pull it all together into a remodel that amazed our neighbors and friends. Customer service is often just lip service. With Granite Transformations it was part of their business ethics.

This is the second time I have used 1 Day Bath Arizona for a bathtub remodel. As always, they did a great job promptly!
