My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. The installers, Saul and Jonathan, did a very good job, to our satisfaction. They were pleasant and easy to work with. If we have the need for additional windows or doors, I hope they are the installers again. The price of the project was reasonable and the financing provided was exactly what I was looking for. The warranty was also very good although I hope you never have to make a warranty claim.

They went the extra mile to make sure it was adorable and exactly what we wanted. What an amazing experience and new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else!!

We had West Shore replace the tub/shower in our guest bath with a shower only and replace the shower in our master bath. We think West Shore is a reliable company that will be around for a long time. We thought we may have had a problem and their master plumber came to check on it immediately. The problem was not with the showers. The team we worked with was excellent from sales rep Zach to installers Jeff, Daniel and Mike who were efficient, thorough, neat and clean.

The work was to a very high criterion and has converted my bathroom, and it looks fantastic. The team were amicable, punctual and different. I highly recommend it.

From the time I met the sales representative, to the time the project manager debriefed me - the remodeling was nothing shy of outstanding. They were responsible, and timely with each step of the remodeling process. I was constantly informed and updated with each transaction. The people are very friendly and professional.

My walls were badly damaged by wheelchair use over a period of years. In places the round corner beads were bent out and several holes and deep scrapes. The TWD crew came in and had the place back to looking sharp and ready for paint in just a couple of days

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I'm not one that generally writes a review, but this company earned it! Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job! He was so informative throughout the project, ensuring we were happy all along the way. Couldn't be more happy we went with this company and would do it again.
