Water Fighters Restoration came through when I had a flood in my kitchen. Luckily it wasn't to bad because I had the most valuable kitchenware! They are professional, responsible and affordable! Thank you Water Fighters!

My experience is too long to write about so I'll sum it up. They are Slow, never return calls when promised, do a rush job, the work is sloppy, you will be calling them to fix and patch things. I've called 4 times and in 1 year after my kitchen was done. And the most recent was 2 days ago my faucet is loose. Im praying it does leak again. He has not sent a plumber to tighten things up. It was and has been a nightmare, to say the least. The people I've spoken to all seem nice but the service is extremely poor. They do offer payment arrangements.

Maybe they need to take on less projects and give more time to each individual. I will be calling back again on Monday.

I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.

I had a wonderful experience with ASAP Restoration. Josh, was incredibly prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable! I experienced water damage and worked with ASAP for the rebuilding of what was damaged (drywall, painting, flooring). He employs a great staff that does great work to please the customer. I would definitely recommend ASAP Restoration!

The team at this company is phenomenal. They are so fast, professional, punctual and efficient. We were caught off guard when we had a leak. The leak was so bad it penetrated 2 stories of our townhome. This company was able to mitigate the damage and preserve as much as possible and quickly facilitated repairs. In addition to that they provided such excellent documentation that my insurance had to problems covering my damages quickly. Thank you everyone!

Nathan was very helpful when I had a concern about possible mold in my house. He sent Houston to inspect the concerning areas, and Houston was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. He gave me great advice and peace of mind regarding the issue, which did not appear to be mold. All of this advice was given during a free estimate. Based on this experience I would highly recommend this team and this company. If we have a mold issue in the future, or just consider remodeling our house in the future, we will absolutely reach out to this company to try and work with them.

We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRite's adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they can't manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.

Do Not Use! If I could give Negative stars, I would!! Enough said...

When it comes to service, integrity, and genuine care, Brandon Kowalski is a true role model. As a colleague in the same industry, I can honestly say that Brandon is extremely trustworthy, and he would definitely be my first call if I ever found myself in need.

The owner and his team are very experienced and know what they’re doing. Very courteous, prompt and did it for a great price. Very trustworthy and will use again next time.
