Sebastian and Vincent did a beautiful job installing our cabinets. I work in customer service and they were so personable, friendly, and professional when they completed my install. We look forward to working them again in the future for replacing and updating more cabinets in our home.

I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.

Daniel was easy to work with and gave us confidence that our new granite counter tops would come out exactly as I wanted. Daniel helped us pick out the perfect patching slabs for our large kitchen and island. During the home visit, he also pointed out a few potential demo problems so that I would not be disappointed. Fortunately, his crew did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure that the demo and install went exactly as I wanted. They crew did in fact come across one of the problems Daniel pointed out so they spent the extra time to ensure that the demo was done carefully and correctly. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. I highly recommend Daniel and his install crew!

My Husband and I are in the midst of completely remodeling our home in Gilbert. I did a lot of homework before being turned on to Cardinal Cabinets. I went to the J&K showroom and fell in love with J&K Cabinets and knew I wouldn't settle for anything else ( I wanted quality that would last) J&K do not sell directly to the public but they were kind enough to send me to Rodney (Cardinal Cabinets) which was very conveniently located about a mile away. he made us a beautiful layout and recommended somethings I didn't even think of. The price for the quality of cabinets was great! As I said I did my homework and I shopped around and Rodney by far had the best pricing for J&K cabinets. The installer (joe) did a great job and was professional and respectful of our space. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and would happily refer them to anyone!

Randy Smith (store mgr) at the Tatum and Thunderbird location worked with my wife and I to replace all our cabinets, counters and sinks recently while doing a full home remodel. Diamond Kitchen and Bath along with Randy and all their installers were great. Excellent quality work, attention to detail and they were all clear that our happiness was their top priority. Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

What can I say im speechless,you did an amazing job on my kitchen, good price, excellent quality and the best customer service that I could have, thanks Lucas and Daniel for everything

Eric is a remodeling genius! We can’t say enough good things about him and the products and level of service he provides. He’s incredibly talented and he’s a really good and honest person. We trust him implicitly. Eric had wonderful ideas about maximizing our kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects and we are forever grateful for his help and vision.
