Best Bathroom Remodel Shower in Phoenix AZ

Hope the photos got through... We have the most beautiful master bath in Scottsdale. Allure provided the highest level of professionalsim. Delightful, responsive craftsmen, timely scheduling, great attention to detail. We love the result and appreciated John's input along the way.

The guys were wonderful, cleaned up as they went, very respectable and worked well together. Very professional and HUMAN. They did a great job, thoughtful, patient and if they came across a problem, they did not make excuses they just moved forward and fixed it. I would recommend them to all my people I know.
I asked for the best crew and I got them.

Completely unimpressed. I called them this morning just before 9am during their business hours. Their answering service picked-up and I relayed that I wanted to simply speak to someone at the company for about 10m to determine if the project we had was a good fit for them. She proceeded to ask me several questions to gather my contact information and then informed me that no one was available. She offered to schedule a quick call, but the next available time was TWO DAYS later. I politely declined. If this is the kind of intimacy and customer service Phoenix Home Remodeling delivers, I do not plan on ever being a customer.

EDIT on June 24, 2021: After reading this company's response, I increased my rating to 3*. While the response was fair, I do think the impersonal nature of an answering service (not actual company employees), coupled with the fact that availability for a very quick initial discussion was a full 2 days later would still keep me away from engaging. If I am going to work with someone on a project, I'd like to believe that the importance of a quicker response time and a more personal, direct interaction is paramount. Speaking to a third party service tasked only to gather my contact information and mechanically schedule a ~10m call 48 hours in advance does not give me the sense that this company is eager to engage their client base. That said, given the fact that I did NOT use their services, 1* admittedly felt harsh. I wish PHR the best of luck and strongly suggest they reconsider their screening process.

We had an appointment with them for over two weeks. The day of the appointment after waiting for someone to show up we decided to call just to be told that our appointment had been canceled due to a scheduling conflict on their end. We never received a phone call or text message stating they canceled our appointment. They have lost a potential customer!!!!Bad customer service equals bad business!!!I had to leave 1 star because zero star weren’t an option.

Shower replacement-almost 50% of items were wrong (wrong shower system, wrong doors, doors wrong height, missing shelves). Installers were great. Items missing, wrong model numbers - order numbers don't match part numbers installed or brought to install, incorrect sizes, and twice the install chaos. One month after the initial install we are still waiting to speak to the manager about compensation-says that will only be discussed when the install is finished-hmm. I have a much longer description of this, but too long for Google. Not a good experience

They were ON it! Got all of my tasks done quickly and at a reasonable price. Love this company. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix built the kitchen from scratch, completed the task before the deadline and later cleaned the mess. Their efforts need special acknowledgment.

Would highly recommend you give Mike Abate at Crafted a call. He and his crew are very professional, always show up on time, are licensed professionals and do amazing work. We used them for our bathroom tile remodel recently and they did a beautiful job. We have used them on a few projects in the past and they always have done great work. Don't look on craigslist for a flooring installer - they won't stand behind their work. I would only go to Crafted because I have the peace of mind to know they do good work and are licensed with the Arizona ROC.

Working with Don Hughes (owner) & Mike (did all the work) was a great experience. Don was so easy to work with offering great advise regarding tile for both the hall bathroom and kitchen as well as paint colors. Mike was just amazing doing all the work: tile around the bath, removing the large mirrors in both bathrooms and installing mirrors we chose, replacing cabinets in both bathrooms, removing existing medicine cabinets and closing up the walls, painting and backsplash tile in the kitchen.

This was a great experience working with both Don & Mike. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job! He was so informative throughout the project, ensuring we were happy all along the way. Couldn't be more happy we went with this company and would do it again. Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

Of all the kitchen and bathroom remodelers my wife and I checked out Holtzman Remodeling/Home Improvement had by far the best designs and most upfront prices and warranty. If my wife's mother comes to live with us we will be calling back for a senior or handicap bathroom, thanks again Holtzman Home Improvement.

Wanted to update a shower..and had no friends’ recommendations....found Ross Brower’s website and “took the leap” based on his work description/vision advertised there...my husband and I were super super pleased with not only the final outcome, but the whole experience! He was ALWAyS on time, attentive to our questions, and did perfect work. He made us feel like a valued customer right from the start... quite refreshing in this day and age.

I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.
