I am a recently single mother who always had things taken care of around the house especially when it came to plumbing.  I was really nervous in looking for Plumbing company, I don’t know the proper terms other than I am not getting any hot water. I called another company and they asked questions which I could not answer and made to feel stupid for not knowing. I was actually upset at one company that I expressed to them “I have no idea what you are asking me”! Needless to say I didn’t go with them.  When I contacted George Brazil, the first person who answered was a friendly gentleman who set the appointment up.  The next call I received was to let me know a tech/plumber was on his way to check things out for me. Shortly after a plumber by the name of Zach was there to assess the water heater and why I was not getting hot water.  My household had been without hot water for two days and Zach took his time to explain why that was happening in terms I could understand. Zach made it easy for me to give the go ahead without second guessing my decision. I had hot water within the hour!  If you want professional, friendly service I strongly recommend George Brazil. They charged me $350 to change out a $20 capacitor. And $350 for an inexpensive switch. Although the service tech was a nice guy, I won’t use them again. And yes, to whomever responds to these with a negative response… I am in your system, because I have an invoice with your name on it that I’m looking at right now.

The 10 year warranty I bought in my $13000 units is also worthless because apparently they bought out the prior company and it’s not being honored.

Installed new heat pump. Installers Josh J., Leo M. and electrician Marcos B. were all professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Great experience!
