Very professional, quality work! I would recommend PHR to my friends. We love our new bathroom and closet.

We spend $13K to install new shower. The installer did not connect hot/cold water correctly and we asked for installer to come back and correct the problem, which they did promptly. Two weeks later, the shelves started to come off the wall and grab bar started to come apart. We called three (3) times to have someone come out and fixed and also contacted thru messenger and were promised call back in 24-72 hours. So far, no one called and we just puzzled as to why we cannot get a call back.Horrible, horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Tub to shower conversion. Lots of finishes to choose from. Several options for the fixtures. Choice of corner shelves or recessed shelf. Looks really good. Installer was friendly . Price was higher than average, however.

We had our bathrooms remodeled. Floyd and Cameron were are installers. Very nice people and always on time. Cleaned up every day. Very happy with the results.

Three years ago, Sunset installed a new tile shower enclosure in our master bathroom. It turned out beautifully so of course we used them a second time in December to also remodel the guest bathroom. They installed a tile enclosure with a new bathtub, as well as replaced counter tops and sinks in both bathrooms. Again, we are extremely pleased with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them.

Jacob came and remodeled our shower and did a great job. We highly recommend him and Aqua Therapy tubs!!

I went in to ask about a remodel project. It would involve removing a closet between two bedrooms, closing in a door and adding a walk in closet. I was told they would not even talk to me because this sounds like permits are needed. No one would even look at our rough plans. I felt like I was escorted out. I would have appreciated some type of actual review.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

I'm not one that generally writes a review, but this company earned it! Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job! He was so informative throughout the project, ensuring we were happy all along the way. Couldn't be more happy we went with this company and would do it again. Scottsdale Bathroom Remodels just completed our bathroom remodel and we are so happy that we chose them. We love our bathroom, It's beautiful! Their employees were very professional. I never felt uneasy about any of their employees coming in and out of our home.

The team at Rise Above Remodeling was hired to replace our countertops and back splash. After completing several renovation projects with other companies and constantly being dissatisfied with the communication before, during and after the project I decided it was time to switch from the low end bidders to a contractor with an above average bid.

Bret was responsive from day one and took pride in ownership in the work his crew of workers and subcontractors completed. Once scheduled the job was completed within 10 days, which is often unheard of anytime a stone counter-top has to be fabricated.

When friends ask what makes a good contractor i will always tell them that it's all about how they react when things are not right. After the job was complete we noticed a defect in the stone. Bret returned immediately to investigate and support the replacement of the quartz counter-top.

If I had to say anything negative about the experience its that the Quartz counter-tops on the market are not what they're advertised to be. After having the Silestone representative in my home I learned their warranty doesn't apply to the homeowner, the product can't withstand the heat of a crockpot or microwave dinner without the risk of permanent damage. Furthermore, the only chemicals / disinfectant that can be used safely on the product is soap and water. Choose a nice granite / marble but stay away from manufactured quartz.

When Mr. Jered came to PJHussey every work order I had was immidiately addressed and repairs were done quicker than I had hope.
Mr. Jered is very polite, proffesional, friendly, and caring and helping.
With him I wouldnt worried about any problem on my apartment.
