My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

showed up when they said they would, did the work they said they would, and followed up after everything was done to make sure i was happy. can't ask for much more than that!

They charged a ton of items that they did not do, they charged to tile removal ( did not remove any), shower door remove and install they did not need to remove nor did the remove it), they charged an emergency call out fee ( we scheduled them to come out 2 weeks prior), the claimed to remove drywall of a area of 3 times the area they removed and they charge for area sizes, they charge for the drywall removal of that area, they charge for insulation removal for that area and they charge for anti-microbial agent for that area, just flat out lying on they quote, would never do business with a company that lies.

Nothing but the highest praise. Made a nightmare situation actually manageable,

I could not be more grateful to George for taking on the headache of communicating with insurance companies to get major repairs approved and completed at my property after a car went through the boiler room wall. All I did was make a phone call to Kowalski and gave George the info he needed to handle everything. He kept me updated throughout the process and when the work was completed you could not tell where the damage had happened on the 1986 stucco building. The paint even matched perfectly. I will definitely call Kowalski again for any construction or mitigation needs.
